  Do not I repeat do not stay at this hotel. They do not follow through when issues are reported in the room such as in my case the air conditioning and the toilet did not work. I was told it would be fixed and it never was. I sent an email to the general manager while I was there that was never answered nor wasn't answered until after a survey I did. Then the general manager Stephanie then called me with threats to have my Hilton honors account closed talking about different things that had nothing to do with the issue at her hotel then she's trying to cover herself as to saying she didn't know nothing about anything but deflecting the whole issue that I have pictures and video of showing the issues in the room but wants to create an issue with me. Then on top of that her call to me was just disrespectful. Even when I sent the email wanting to get 100 rooms in the future for our church groups I never even heard back from the hotel about that so I highly would tell everyone do not stay they could have easily fix the issues in the room nothing would have been an issue then what was needed

  Really nice room, friendly staff, great location, and the morning breakfast was outstanding! Very reasonably priced rooms.

  Looks like it was recently renovated. Our room was reasonably priced, clean, and quiet. The location is near a ton of restaurants.

  This place was okay except for the fact that I got burned picking up my coffee cup from the microwave. As you can see from the pictures I put it in my microwave to warm up my coffee a little and when I took it out it literally burned my fingers. There is no sign near the coffee cups saying don't put them in the microwave and there's nothing in the room saying don't put them in the microwave. The morning desk clerk seem to shrug it off like it was no big deal but I guess it might have been different had she been the one burned. You guys at Hilton know better. Put a sign up because no doubt this has happened before and it's going to happen again. You are responsible and liable when one of your customers is caused injury that you already knew would happen but that you did not warn ahead of time about. I'm a big fan of Hampton, and I go to your hotels quite often., but you need to fix this problem. You can see from the pictures there are no warning signs of any kind on the cup ,and you can see where one might pick up their cup and be burned. Learn from this.

  We really liked the location of Hampton Inn and Suites Pensacola I-10. The hotel is right off the interstate and near several restaurants. Our room was large, spacious and clean. They do offer complementary breakfast but it is really not very good. Other than that we had a great night of sleep
