When we reported it to front desk we were told we hadn't any proof instead of an apology or assistance of any kind. As we were leaving a worker then offered the managers business card. However, our hopes of any investigation producing a recovery of our sentimental and sacred property is doubtful. The grinch of Candlewood Suites stole our Christmas joy!!! If you visit, please take any and all valuables with you, it is, apparent that the staff lacks integrity.

The room is very comfortable, provides a great workspace, and well working shower, etc. The staff at Candlewood in Pensacola stands out...specifically, Katrina, David, and Fanisha in the front of house...Shawanda in housekeeping deserves appreciation, too! I just found my "go to" in P-Cola!
