I stayed on the fourth floor, and was informed that those with pets are usually on the lower levels. I am allergic to cat and dog dander and the floors, no carpets, were not clean, lots of pet hair noticed. The service was great, location great and accessible to airport, shopping, and the festival I attended.

I called just to make sure everything was ok with the reservation since we would be arriving up after midnight. Justin was extremely pleasant over the phone and assured me a note would be left and to travel safe. When we arrived Laura greeted us with a big smile. She was very friendly and kind. The first room we were in the AC did not work we called to let me know we were coming back down to change rooms if possible. When she got back down stairs she was still very kind and apologized for the inconvenience. She had already went to make sure another rooms AC was working and properly changed our room. Although our stay was brief it was a very clean and cozy room with a great bed and wonderful service . Would recommend!
