    if you’re looking for a location to stop and rest this is right off the interstate and it’s easy to get off and back on the road. we just stayed one night and it was fine for a bed to sleep in but i wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness. i had high hopes after reading reviews and i was SHOCKED when we saw how run down it felt here. we had hair backing up into our tub when trying to give our kids a shower and the sink was clogged as well. when we went to pull out the couch to get our kids to bed it had no sheets on it and no extra in the room. we could have gotten some but we said forget it after seeing how gross it looked without sheets on and it was at an angle that seemed uncomfortable (tilted with the feet up). the floor made our feet black after walking around in the room. staff was friendly and breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast + chicken nuggets. we won’t stay here again or recommend it but if this sounds like things you don’t mind then it may be for you! i just really had high hopes after these reviews and it was not up to my expectations.

    We’ve stayed here multiple times, and the quality is always consistent. The rates are reasonable, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and breakfast is better than expected — the fresh yogurt is a nice plus. This last stay really stood out because of the online check-in. Being able to complete everything ahead of arrival made the process quick and smooth. When you’re traveling and arrive late, the last thing you want is extra paperwork or delays at the front desk. Getting straight to the room and being able to relax was much appreciated. Overall, a great experience and a solid choice when traveling through Pensacola.

    We stay in this place , it's nice and good place to stay with ur family during the vacation. They provide Complimentary breakfast, wireless internet, business center, ATM, fitness center, Parking for car and Truck, Guest Laundry ( Coin), Dining and Recreation, swimming pool for their occupant. Room is so spacious . Color is look good. This is moderate for the new couple . Low price. Breakfast is good .

    Great stay with friendly staff at every turn. The breakfast was exceptional—easily the best I’ve had at a Best Western. Slept great and would absolutely stay again.
