  Beyond best stay we ever had! Basically live in hotels, due to work, and they are right on the top of the list. From check in with Skylar (hope I got her name right, to check out with Bianca. Can’t brag enough about the entire staff for the breakfast! We were there 9 days, and got a chance to talk with them all! Even maintenance man and housekeeping always so friendly and welcoming! The pool is beyond fun!!! The beach view is absolutely breathtaking! We will always come back here!

  Wir sind wirklich treue IHG Anhänger seit vielen Jahren. Wir waren 2x über fünf Tage binnen drei Wochen im Hotel. Frühstücksservice mit Heidi und Sasha ist an Freundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten! TOP Service! 100% 👍 Das Frühstück für Kinder ist frei! Die Zimmer sind für Familien super geeignet - ausgestattet mit einem Safe, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, grossem TV und Badewanne & grossem Badezimmerspiegel. Die Aussenanlage & die Pools sind beheizt & abends beleuchtet. Ein direkter Zugang zum weissen Strand mit Dusche ist perfekt! Zwei hot tubs und ein beleuchteter „lazy river“ mit Reifen sind für die Kinder ein Highlight. Abends lädt eine schöne Feuerstelle zum verweilen ein. Das Frühstück + Mittagessen ist mega, die Bar haben wir täglich sehr gerne besucht. Gegenüber der Rezeption (neben der Bar) kann man morgens Kaffee und mittags Kekse und frisches Wasser mit Zitrone+Limonen nachfüllen. Nur Roomservice klappte erst nach fünf Tagen & selbst als wir dies bei der Rezeption mit vollen Mülleimern ansprachen, hat es nicht geklappt. Am fünften Tag sollten zumindest Handtücher gewechselt & Mülleimer geleert werden.

  We had a really nice stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach Gulf Front in December, between Christmas and New Years Day. The rooms were plenty big for four people and were kept up really nice with a beachy vibe. There are many restaurants nearby within walking distance, and it is easy to drive into town or to the adjacent beaches. The indoor pool is small, but the outdoor swim area is great for kids and adults. Featuring two hot tubs, a lazy river, a fire pit and some poolside games, there was plenty to do at the hotel. The property was quiet at night. We appreciated having a microwave and small fridge in the room. The hotel does charge for parking, but it comes with in and out priveledges. Jaxson at the front desk was helpful with information on some of the local attractions. The boardwalk with direct access to the beach is at the back side of the pool area. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

  The hotel location is very nice. However, i made the booking through the reservation team to make sure i will be having two connected rooms as i am traveling with kids, it was confirmed and added as a request and the breakfast to be included according to the corporate promotion. Unfortanetly i have arrived very tired after a long road trip and found the rooms were not connected and one of the reception team, hope i remember her name, while i was explaining to the other lady that my booking was for connected rooms and she was trying to look for the special comments, the other lady came and told me " you may cancel your booking" without even showing any kind of respect or care for customers. I was extremely tired and have no energy to go at mid night and look for other hotel. Finaly, the lady who was looking to my reservation come up with a solution and got me a connected rooms. I appreciated her while the rooms given to me in the 3rd floor which has a very dirty carpet to the room and one of the room with a very bad mix smell like a smoke/ wet carpet. The family was very tired and have no option to look for alternative, otherwise will never stay in that room. The breakfast was another story, i have been told that the booking has no breakfast. Bottom line, it was not a good experience and i wish that i booked other hotel not to be in similar situation with the family and what made the experience worest is the behavior of the other lady in the reception who was lacking the basic communication skill.

  Jimmy the director of dining and Cathy were amazing . They welcomed us with a private breakfast on the third floor on New Year’s Eve. My kids had a blast . They gave them kids toys to play with . Breakfast was amazing . They suggested us family things to go around the area that we didn’t even know about . Also the hotel is clean , has a heated lazy pool waters . Family friendly. House keeping comes everyday . The included breakfast is also fantastic. Kids eat for free . They also send you a text every morning to ask you how you’re doing and how can they make your stay even better .
