- VFVisita FreundDec 30, 20255.0So fun. The view is great and the room is so well maintained. The pool is too cold to go in November but the sunset was beautiful. I loved going. The only bad thing was the food. Especially breakfast, they charge $20 just to get old eggs. I also kind of didn’t like how people from the hotel next door could use this hotels pool, they kept being disrespectful. Also the game room is a bunch of broken shooting games that cost $5 each and the room is smelly and has mold in it. Don’t go in there. Other than food this was so great. 10/10!

The setting is absolutely stunning, the rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. What really stood out, though, was the staff — every single person I interacted with was warm, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. Their smiles made the stay feel even more special. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and will definitely be returning. A perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and an unbeatable beachfront location.

The breakfast was amazing as well; one of the best I have had at IHG (nothing was overcooked or left out too long). Staff was friendly and attentive. The heated pool was a bonus in addition to the phenomenal beach view/access. Rooms wrre very clean; I loved the hardwood floors and the double sinks in the room too. If you are looking for a hotel in Pensacola Beach, this is it!!!!!!
