- OGOKSY GLOW1 day ago1.0Never again. For 7 nights had 2 times cleaners. Had to change room. Cleaners absolutely do not do any job even if to call to desk. Don’t want type details it’s just horrible. Just be ready to use public restroom where they clean once a week too.

She welcomed us with a smile and her warmth was genuine. Cleidy made arrangements so that my 90 year old mother and I could have rooms next to one another; despite being on separate reservations and the hotel was seemingly quite full. Then, when my mother needed to reduce her stay from 4 nights to 2; Cleidy was there again and she cheerfully made the changes for my mother. The next morning when we checked out, we were delighted to see that Cleidy was there to help us out once again. I stay at Hotels more than I stay at home and I have to tell you that Cleidy ranks with the very best in your business.
