She was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and informative—offering great recommendations on places to go and a wide variety of drinks to try. Her positive energy, warm personality, and genuine smile added a special touch to our stay. The hotel overall was clean, well-maintained, and inviting. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. We felt welcomed from start to finish and would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Panama City.

- RFRobby FayasApr 8, 20263.0We checked in last weekend to visit a family member in hospital and enjoy the hotel. We traveled 6.5 hours to come here. We tried to check-in at around 5:00pm and the lady at the front desk said there sever was down and could not check us in or get us a room, here is (2) drink tickets. We decided to come back later in the evening and thought for sure they would have it together and get us a room. Lady at front was nonchalant about the situation could not do anything without the computer. Turns out server completely crashed and needed to be replaced. We were finally told that they would have to manually check each room to see about putting us in one, this was about 830. I told them call me when we have a room. We went up to bar on roof, just before closing time at 900. They never told us we had a room. My wife decided to leave dinner to go down and check if room was ready, oh yeah well need your credit card info. So i was then called down to leave dinner to give credit card info to the same lady. I felt like she could have provided better customer service and understand our situation. Lots of non-communication. We were disappointed that there was no backup procedure. I am from PCB and having a backup plan is essential from being in a hurricane prone area. So we ate up much of our stay waiting for room. This is the nicest place in Panama City but was surprised that for all the trouble, we were offer (2) drink tickets.
