The hotel as a whole was nothing short of amazing. The balcony room with the beautiful view. The food and drinks were very good. I really came on here to speak about Thomas and Graham. Thank you Thomas for the time we spent at the bar with you.The laughter was needed. Thank you Graham for your patience when we checked out. You made sure that we left there satisfied and we appreciate that. This will definitely be our choice when we need a close getaway from home. Keep up the good work.

The property is spotless, beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail really stands out from the moment you walk in. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive — a special shoutout to Amanda at Tarpon's for breakfast. She is amazing, welcoming, and always has a smile that starts your morning off right. Service like that makes all the difference! The sunset views over the bay are absolutely stunning — do yourself a favor and book a bay view balcony. You won’t regret it. I’m already planning my return visit. If you’re in the Panama City area, this is a definite must-stay!

Cory up front was so accommodating and helpful, in the restaurant, I think his name was Thomas? I am sorry if I got that wrong, but he was amazing as well! Rooms were so clean! (I am a germaphobe and bring my Clorox wipes everywhere, but I did not feel the need to use them here.) My only complaint was that we could not sleep because we were not comfortable, but that was because our toddler took up the whole queen bed while sleeping in between us. So definitely not the hotels fault. I do wish it was able to be pitch black because I hate even a tiny dot of light, but overall, I am not going to complain because everything was just so great. Would definitely stay again. I wish I could have explored the town but we were in and out for a wrestling tournament.

They go above and beyond here to keep everything in tip top shape and it shows. We are very glad we chose this hotel while in the area.
