Room was very nice and clean, water pressure was crazy! Original working at the desk was a lifesaver. Very helpful and patient when I really needed it during my travels. The new bartender (it was her 3rd day) was great. Price with early check-in was very reasonable. I would gladly stay here again!

He was so great in making conversation and aiding me during my stay with printing out receipts, checking out, and recommending me places to visit. He made me feel like a friend, not just simply a guest. The HGI at Panama City is a must visit for its cleanliness, amenities, plus they have great team of staff (Stephanie at the breakfast bar is nothing short of sweet as well).
