The General Manager, Bernie Mendoza, along with Randy Massey, truly went above and beyond to accommodate my unusual schedule and reservation needs. They took the time to listen to my situation, assured me it wouldn’t be an issue, and followed through exactly as promised, and then some. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, which was exactly what I needed. Because I travel to Panama City frequently for business, this will definitely be my go-to hotel moving forward. I look forward to staying here again very soon.
