Room was clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice. Appreciate the self-checkout. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Panama City.

We called and the manager was so helpful and understanding of how stressful the situation was. Our room was great! Very clean, beds were comfy, nice toiletries in the bathroom, and the front desk staff was super helpful. Honestly, the hubby and I are thinking about staying again for staycation break from our teenagers.

Per the manger it should have been returned but it was not then they sent me a receipt with a different price then they charged me.. also my microwave breaker kept flipping when I used the microwave.
- LVLorien VidalJul 27, 20254.0Our room is the most storage-friendly studio. Ample closet space, really nice bathroom and kitchen and a super comfy king bed. There were a couple annoying quirks - the TV didn't work upon arrival so they came up and reset it for us. Then, after we fixed the time on the digital thermostat, it stopped cooling the room (easy fix). Also, we got back late last night and water pressure was almost nonexistent. In the morning it was fine again. Not deal-breakers but worth mentioning.
