  We absolutely loved staying here overnight. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was hot and had lots of options. The coffee machine was the absolute best I've ever seen or had at a hotel.

  0 Stars! We traveled 11 hours from Kentucky with 10 people and this is by far the worst visit to a Best Western. We checked in and were in our room a whole 5 minutes when our 5 year old son opened a drawer to find 2 condoms and a beach towel that was clearly left by previous customers. I have pictures for proof. Then as we were all settling into bed, we found a 1.5 inch roach in the corner of the room. I was able to kill it, but later in the night after the kids were all asleep my boyfriend and I found 2 more 1.5-2 inch roaches running across the floor. I was unable to get to them to kill them before they ran behind a dresser. I did get some pictures. I went down to the desk this morning to show them what we had going on and I was met with "Those just harmless water bugs and they are everywhere" When I showed him the pictures of condoms and bugs I asked if there was any way he could wave the fee we paid extra to stay a bit longer to wait on our condo to be available later today bc after all of that we are no lomger interested in staying later, I was told no ma'am we can't do that. Overall the rooms were dirty, and this was a bad visit to Best Western in Panama City FL.

  It a nice place, room was pretty clean. The staff is very nice specially the staff taking care of the breakfast the breakfast was really good and she kept the area very clean and stocked well with food.

  Kelly is very welcoming and friendly. Her breakfast was amazing. Really excellent hotel and team!

  A water treatment plant smells 10 times better then this place. Just smelled Horrible as soon as we walked in and going to second floor the smell was even worse. After about 3 hours we just left and went to a different hotel. Sheets , towels , and carpet all stained up. Spend the extra 50 bucks and go somewhere else.
