  This isn't your typical Holiday Inn Express! It has a total resort vibe and a prime location right on the water. We stayed in a room that accommodated six people, and we were pleasantly surprised by how much space we still had to move around. The pool areas are lovely and offer a great place to relax when you aren't on the sand. Everything was very convenient for our trip, and the "spacious resort" atmosphere really set it apart. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beach getaway with a group.

  He pasado unos días inolvidables he increíble 🙌,es mi primera experiencia y la verdad creo que regresaré pronto , ambiente agradable tranquilo 😌 atención 👍🏼las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas, y con los electrodomésticos necesarios para el momento, una vista al 🌊 a pocas distancias de ue logras ver todo dia y noche sin tener que moverte para divisar lo que quieras ver 🌊☀️, el desayuno 🥞 perfecto y variado para niños y adultos ; solo tengo un detalle que quiero resaltar el piso de la habitación estaba susio mis 👣 se pusieron 🖤se notaba que no lo 🧹🪣🚿es todo lo demás estaba bien 👍🏼 gracias 🙏👩🏽‍🦱

  Awesome! The service from the front desk to housekeeping makes this place a wonderful choice to vacate in PCB. Lamar (chef) did an amazing job ensuring the food was cooked and served with pure perfection. The bacon (omg) absolutely delicious. Tracy-Ann ensured that the food was stocked timely so that no one had to wait. She actually saw that my wife loved the bacon and brought some to her immediately after it was cooked. Above and beyond!! We love TracyAnn. Christine ( the dining room attendant) was instrumental in helping things flow well as patrons piled into the dining area. Tables were clean and plates/utensils were ready when you had need of them. The hotel lobby was constantly being cleaned thoroughly to ensure nothing got out of order. Rooms were huge and housekeeping was on point!!! If you visit the outdoor grill near the pool and lazy river- you will encounter Lauren - the bartender and food service coordinator!!! 5 stars on the food, drinks and the service!!! Enjoyed this place to the max! Special thanks to Jordan (The GM of the Century) for running a well organized and professional staff!!! Outstanding hospitality by all!!

  Our spring vacation was ruined 😪 😒 I spent over $6k and had a very bad experience 😕 What it was planned to be the best vacation ever was a complete disaster 😩 since day one. As soon as we checked in, we got our keys and headed to our rooms. The bed sheets had big yellow stains and holes all over , like if they were burned with cigarettes. Then our bathroom were half way clean. The shower and toilet were nasty and smelled very bad. The shower had yellow orange line of mold in the walls and it looked like it wasn't brushed/moped in a while. The water flow was very slow and our shampoo and conditioner almost empty 😕 😐 But if that wasn't enough, my husband and kids, (including a five year old) got stuck in the elevator for over 15 minutes 😡 i went to tell the lady at the front desk twice and they wouldn't do anything about it , not even after my daughter called for help from the elevator. The alarm or firefighters weren't even notified because their alarm isn't connected as it should be.😡😡😡 When the maintenance guys finally came to open the elevator, they didn't even bother to apologize for what has happened. Not even after they heard and saw my little boy panicking inside. He couldn't even breathe and they just walked out like of nothing had happened 🤬 awful customer service. They seem to care less about their guests, all they care about is your money 💰 🤬🤬

  Second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time! The location is amazing, breakfast in the morning is soo great and all the entertainment and stuff by the pools are so fun. The only small complaint I have is that when we got in the room there was a single hot Cheeto on the floor and a little tag under the corner chair. The rest of the room was clean so it was a non issue.
