Great hotel, great staff. We will be back. Staff members, Chelsea and Paul, went out if their way to help us in a travel bind. Going over and beyond their call of duty to be sure we were helped and okay. Thank you!!!

I would give this place ten stars if I could. Amazing place with people who made out stay the best and saved us.
I booked and prepaid through trip.com. we arrived a day later than planned, but it was prepaid and they canceled our booking. I call trip customer service and they repeatedly stated they didn't know why it was canceled and that it shouldn't.
However, they were unable to reinstate my booking. I worked with Chelcee Rivers at the front desk. She was so patient and understanding. She worked with me and trip to try and reinstate the book game. The only thing that we could do was to get a refund and rebook, but I had gotten a cheaper rate because I had booked the year prior.
Chelsea called her supervisor Paul Butler and because the refund would take fourteen days and a new booking with use all the money we had for vacation. They gave me better rates per night than what I had ordered before saving our vacation.
This place understands people and their customer service is top notch. There's so many things to do around here. And this hotel is directly in the middle of it all. If you're coming here for a vacation no matter what time of the year this is the place to be. I suggest calling the hotel though and booking directly through them.
The rooms are very modern and clean. I love the stand up shower which has great water pressure and the water was hot. There are so many choices when it comes to the breakfast bar, they accommodate for all kinds of dietary restrictions.

The only real bright spot at this hotel was the gentleman who worked nights—he was kind and actually tried to help. The young lady in the mornings was also very nice, and honestly, I felt bad for her because she seemed overwhelmed.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
I stayed here for a week for work, and basic service was nearly impossible to get. Fresh towels were scarce, trash wasn’t being removed, and the in-room trash cans were tiny because of the dividers—so food piled up fast.
Day one: breakfast was already off to a bad start. The pancake machine was broken and the yogurt machine wasn’t working either. The front desk simply said, “It’s broken,” while another staff member eventually fixed the yogurt machine. I’ll admit—the yogurt itself was about an 8/10… but it took TEN minutes to dispense half a cup, so I barely got any.
Later that same day, when the owner happened to come in while I was heading out to work and asking for service, the Jamaican front desk lady suddenly became very sweet and fixed the pancake machine right then—which made the situation feel even more frustrating considering how dismissive she had been earlier.
Three days in and still no fresh towels or washcloths. I work outside all day—I need clean linens. Because of that, my bedding became dirty too. The next morning I was late to work waiting on towels. That night? They finally brought new towels… but didn’t change the bedding or take out the trash. At that point I had four-day-old food sitting in my room.
After finally speaking with the manager the next day, the room was cleaned and I thought maybe things would turn around.
Nope.
The elevator broke and stayed down for THREE days. While I was downstairs trying to speak with management, water suddenly started pouring from the ceiling near the lobby—right where people were checking out and dragging luggage. Guests were forced to walk SIX flights of stairs—and of course my room was at the top. After working two shifts outside, climbing six flights was the last thing I needed.
The older Jamaican lady at the front desk was consistently rude and completely inattentive to complaints, which only made everything worse.
There should have at least been an apology—maybe even a free night. But nothing.
I will never stay here again.
