- CACrystal AgueroFeb 22, 20261.0I’m currently booked to stay here for a month, I complained about the lights, not working in the bedroom and the fan not being able to turn off, they came to “fix” it And they got the fan off, but the light still wouldn’t work and they said that they would be to fix it the next day which didn’t happen and the kitchen light stopped working too. They said they’d come check it out shortly and did not. I was also there in the room the whole next day and they did not come in. I had to cook with my phone flashlight on. I asked for a room change after no room service and those light issues and was denied, because it “costs money”, they skipped my housekeeping for 3 days too, did yall skip it because it costs money too? Last time I checked, my month stay costs money too. Also no apology or nothing, just an attitude.

It was 7:19 pm and this hotel is quite literally located withing walking distance to a sports complex. Front desk seemed to be looking for a reason to complain, definitely better options if you are looking to enjoy your time with kids near the Publix Sports Complex.

The little store by the front desk had a great selection of items and considering I Ubered everywhere the location was nice. I highly recommend Homewood Suites.
