  This is a great spot for a short family getaway. The rooms are decent for the price, and the food is very good, especially breakfast at the restaurant and meals on the patio. There are tons of water activities, plus face painting, an arts and crafts room, and a game room. It really makes things easier for parents because there’s always something to keep the kids busy. I also had a 50-minute massage at Aquarius, and it was incredibly relaxing. It’s a must for busy moms who need a little time to unwind. Highly recommend for a fun and stress-free family trip.

  You get what you pay for. The breakfast buffet was not available because there were not enough guests at the hotel. The rooms are clean enough. I like that every room has a balcony over looking the pools and the beach! Food and drinks are very expensive. You have a full sized refrigerator in the room. That was very nice. I would stay here again. It was definitely worth the money. One last thing, beach chairs cost $60 for 2. They are not includes in your resort fees.

  Location is right on the beach and close to many food joints and coffee shops. Everything is walkable. Love their kiddie pool and hot tub They do show a movie by the pool almost every night, it’s really fun for the kids.

  coming to this Resort I think about 5 years now, every September me and my boyfriend, we've never had any bad experiences, the last September we went though we did make an option for a room away from the elevator and we ended up right next to it. We did find it quite convenient though. The room seemed like it had not been cleaned in a while as far as like dusted and stuff, we had to have a few repairs come in. They handled it exponentially and good. We were supposed to go over to Pensacola Beach after the week at the resort, but we decided we wanted to stay there for the second half of our vacation, free reached out to reservations and they gave us a great deal we were able to stay in the same room for an awesome rate for 4 more days, the staff is always very friendly, we had an awesome time, the only thing is since we go in September it seems a lot of things are not happening, not as much entertainment options, beach bonfires Etc. But we still enjoy it and will keep coming back. Security does walk around a lot like by the pool and stuff I only wish that they would enforce the no food in the pool, we watch kids sit on the edge of the pool eating bags of chips and stuff. Ewww

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Panama City Beach, and a huge part of that was thanks to Victoria. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to help us get settled and make sure everything was perfect. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and full of amazing amenities. Everything was well-maintained and welcoming. But honestly, even if this were a three-star hotel, I would still give it five stars because of Victoria. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our trip truly special. She made us feel valued and taken care of, and that kind of service is rare. Thank you, Queen Victoria, for making our vacation unforgettable. We will absolutely be back!
