  Carpet is quite tired in the room. Toilet barely flushes, and I am not sure if maintenance looked at it or not after my request. Didn't seem to work much different. Had to go all the way to the outside bar for ice. Great beach tho!

  Perfect location on the beach. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool deck was awesome. We hung out there quite a bit. Food and drinks at the pool bar were so good we ate there twice instead of going out. The breakfast was standard fare but plentiful and filling and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful and common areas were super clean too.

  We came in the third week of october. Service was perfect since our arrival. Rooms are ample, in great condition, clean, with ocean view. They have daily events for adults and kids. We are a seasoned couple who really enjoyed the Polinesian fire and dance show, and the Todd Allen Herendeen show with his old rock and roll, country, and classic rock, full of energy, very entertaining. Other activities at night after those shows are the pool side view movies, with a different movie every night. The pool, sauna and lazy river are our favorites during the day. There is also a pool and Waterpark for kids. The beach is right there with options of umbrellas and beach chairs rentals for a day ($60) It has 4 restaurants we haven't use as we always go out to get a feel of the city. There are multiple nearby attractions for kids and young adults. Impossible to get bored in your stay.

  Amazing beach. Nice pool for kids, plus a splash pad, and really really nice staff. On the reviews, I saw people complaining about the prices... and while the place is not cheap, i felt like most of the prices were reasonable, including the lottle store that head everything from beach toys to icecream and cold medicine...all priced "reasonable"... that is, until the $80 breakfast ticket for 2. 😮 the breakfast was very good though.... the little kids pool was heated well, until the last night, when it seems as if they turned the heat off. Rather unusual. They had a big movie screen for kids which was nice, but they didn't come on until late, and, two days in a row, we had to watch Hocus Pockus, which is movie a lot of parents found over the top for younger children... so we just found other activities, and it was nice to hear the movie playing in the background. The place was understaffed, so there were a few hiccups, but I really felt like the staff that was there tried very hard to make up the difference. Sunday night was a campfire with smores... but no one seemed to be in charge, and I know that's a lot of the guests were complaining... There was about ten chair sitting around, so another ten people were standing around looking for chairs, and nobody knew where to get these smores.... so it was an epic idea, that didn't quite hit. The beach is incredible if you want a place that the kids can play in these shallow todal pools. We vaca often in beachfront spots, but this was one of the best for allowing kids to roam around. I would say it's likely that we return. Hopefully, they can get a few of the kinks out.
