I was helped by two very nice ladies with a tray to hold two plates of breakfast to take up to our room to eat on our balcony. I even called the front desk on our departure morning and booked an additional night. Plenty of things to do at the hotel for a family with even an indoor pool. Great value for the money. Stay here....enough said.

The door to our balcony doesn't work, you have to lock it in order for it to remain closed, so if one person goes out and one stays in, the door is just left open a crack or you'd have to lock the person outside. The alarm clock doesn't work, the time just rolls steadily. We unplugged and plugged it back in and it still does the same thing. The tv volume cuts in and out while you're watching. There is a hard piece in the middle of the mattress on one bed that feels like maybe a skittle is under the sheets, but it doesn't move. The blinds on the balcony door are broken and don't stay fully open... I tried to call the front desk to report the issues on our first night and guess what.... the phone doesn't work. I just get static when I call.. so I called the hotel from my cell phone and the person that answered said she was just the night auditor for me to call back .... I didn't call back bc at that point we were unpacked and we don't want our trip interrupted by having maintenance in our room. Aside from these issues, there's a huge crack in the balcony that's concerning and the bathroom sink appears to be being held together by calk, which is also cracking. I've stayed here multiple times and guess that age and lack of maintenance are catching up.
