- DDDerrickOct 9, 20251.0Want people to understand going to this hotel yes is a very nice place to take your family but some of the staff is rude the manager suppose to have me a call back in 2023 of August never received a call one of the workers told me I didn't pay but did they found that out after he try to fight me calling me out my name cussing acting a fool cause of there error not mines just want y'all to think twice before you go here I will be having a video put up soon so y'all can watch how unprofessional this front desk worker act out because of there own wrong doin for the manager not getting in contact with me in almost 2 years shows what type people the Hilton have working for them people that don't care they not only that I been dealing with the Hilton over 10 plus years even have business partners that used them but want you to understand not all workers are bad there but for a person to be a manager don't contact the guest shows what type manager they is I want them to read this cause after today they will have a lawsuit coming gave them 2 years to get it right nobody gave me a call never got a refund Take your family somewhere else before you go here
