Stayed at this facility on business for four days and it is one of nicest Hampton Inns I have stayed in and i usually stay over 80 nights a year up and down the east coast. The facility was very clean, staff very friendly, and the location is nice and quiet. Great place to stay at Panama City Beach!😎

My husband and I come here several times a year. The rooms are great clean no problem but the last time we were there our mattress was bad we were in room 625 told front desk and the response was I'll get maintenance in no you should replace the mattress since the springs bulging and not comfortable
One more thing please staff your front desk accordingly on check in and check out.

This hotel is a complete catastrophe. When the toilet was clogged and unusable, the front desk told me to come down and retrieve a plumber myself to fix the issue. This is an unbelievable and dangerous failure of sanitation and service. The front desk was constantly unstaffed, we received no clean towels for our stay, and management’s resolution was an insulting partial refund. This is an absolute failure to provide a habitable, safe room. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Beware!!!! We were celebrating my 89 year old mothers birthday, she is disabled. This is a very dangerous and disgusting hotel. Upon check in we were treated like it was such an inconvenience to get us checked in. No apologies for the delay and when it was our turn the desk clerk took off and left us for 15 minutes just standing there. She then came back and didn't even apologize or say thank you for your patience. She seemed so miserable. The first room we were put in had blood spattered on the pull down window shade, I suggest looking at other 1 star reviews, we're not the only ones that were put in a dirty room with blood. The maids were yelling at each other right in front of guests. If that's not bad enough my mom was crushed and injured by the automatic door that malfunctioned going to the pool and beach. There were other guests that witnessed what happened and were shocked. I actually had to pry the automatic door off my mom. We immediately reported the incident and asked 3 times for an incident report and no one would give us one, my mom was in pain and in tears. She didn't deserve to spend her birthday like this. This hotel has cameras and know exactly what happened yet they denied the entire incident and because they refused to give us an incident report their insurance company will not pay for her costly medical bills or give us a refund for our stay or points, nothing. This is a horrible and disgusting way to treat guests. If you're considering staying here I suggest going somewhere else. They do not care about elderly disabled people. They knew they were at fault and did everything to avoid their insurance making a claim. My advice is if you're considering staying here and get injured and they do the same to you, call the police and do all you can to get everything documented!

The location is great and the little Burrito place across the street is fabulous. We've stayed here before and have always enjoyed ourselves, but this last time was a bit of a let down. To start, at some point, they started charging guests $20/day for parking. It's been a few years since we've been, so this is the first time we've had to pay for parking. But what's worse is, they don't tell you that when they ask if you need a parking pass. I'm sorry, but being charged for something that is customarily included and NOT telling the customer it's extra is inexcusable. I contacted the Hotel when I saw the charge and was floored by the response... "it's listed on our all of our websites and you don't have an option for parking down here at the beach". First off, if it is listed on the Hilton App for that property it is not obvious. Second, it doesn't absolve the hotel staff from making the customer aware when they ask if a parking pass is needed. This is common sense business. So, being initially not told of the charge is bad, but being spoken to the way I was when I contacted them results in this review, and more importantly, me not staying there ever again.
