We had a last-minute reservation, and what a great choice it was. When checking in, the front desk attendant, Cardinal, was so kind and gave the best recommendations. Seriously, he needs a raise. It’s people like him who create repeat customers through a great experience.
We’re already planning a trip back. The room was nice and clean with amazing views. The beach is beautiful, but that’s expected and the whole reason you’re there. It gets you there, but what keeps you coming back to the same hotel is the staff. Seriously, we will see you again soon, Cardinal!

Well don’t expect much from this place! Quality of a low budget hotel for the steep prices. Six night stay, First room on Third floor cockroaches 🪳 coming out from under mini fridge! no housekeeping, no towels, self serve to restock toiletries. Please find another option! Don’t be sucked in as it’s on the beach! This place has no service. It would be better to sleep in car at the Walmart than to put up with this place. Management or lack of Management will not help you! They just take your cash as you are just a tourist. New guests tomorrow! Don’t be the next guest!

First off I booked a beach front room but when I got there, I was given a street side handicap room full of mold stench. There’s no bathroom vent so when you shower it just gets humid. I tried to correct the issue with the front desk but they’re no help. The staff is rude and they’ll hit you with a bunch of hidden charges and fees. This was the first and last time I’ll ever stay here.

Great property, super nice location. Sadly, some of the front desk staff are not really guest satisfaction oriented and need a bit more customer relations and empathetic training. Being a constant traveler, a Hilton Honors member, HGV Club owner and a front desk staff member in the past myself , this is the 1st time I hear someone deliver service so rudely to a hotel guest making a concern feel unimportant, telling a guest "I don't know you, I can't help" and showing no interest on assisting at all , just say some better training to be up to par to the Hilton flag might be helpful and much needed. Other than that, beach location, food, and rooms are great.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. All of the amenities worked perfectly and were clearly well maintained, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The front desk staff were truly outstanding—on my first night there was a small mix-up, but the lady at the desk handled it immediately with kindness and professionalism, even though I was admittedly a bit frustrated at first. Her calm and helpful approach set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The location is unbeatable—you can actually see dolphins right from the beach, and the water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming. Between the excellent service, well-kept facilities, and beautiful surroundings, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
