If I could give zero stars I would. Angela is a bad face for this hotel, and can't own up to her own mistakes. This hotel was booked by our son for him and his father to stay for a golf tournament 6 hrs away from our home. They checked in on the first night and everything went smooth. By the morning the day manager refused to let them stay and claimed because it was booked by our son who is 18 that they were not allowed to stay there. Nevermind that my husband his father was there with him who is almost 50 years old. Angela probably realizing she was wrong then decided to trespass them from continuing there stay. The hotel was booked for two adults under my Expedia account. Angela if you read this you should be ashamed of yourself and fired immediately as you give this establishment a bad name. Not even the police officer could understand her logic.

Staff is pretty rude. When checking in didn’t even get greeted. They put a lady in someone’s occupied room when she checked in. Ending my night with soaking wet clothes from their dryer not working correctly. Not impressed. Wish we would’ve booked a better place to stay. On top of the room price the also charge for parking how ridiculous it’s not even a nice hotel.

I was pretty disappointed by my stay here. It was mostly one frustration after another.
First, with as much as they're charging for rooms here, you'd think that they could at least include parking. For some reason they tag an extra $21 a night for keeping your car in their parking garage, because where else are you going to go?
Then, I got to my room and as soon as I opened my door, there was a rank, musky smell in the room. It smelled like stale gym socks that were left for a week. I called the front desk and their attitude was very "Yeah so what?" about it. Not even an apology for the smell. They were "all booked up" so they couldn't/wouldn't move us to a different room. The only thing they offered was to send a housekeeper with a bottle of Febreeze. Said housekeeper very awkwardly came in and sprayed around the room and left. It didn't help at all.
In my kids room, they didn't have blinds for the window. I called the desk again. They sent someone with a clothespin to pinch the drapes closed, which did little to nothing to block the light the next morning.
And the general state of our room was just very low for what you'd expect when you're paying+$200 per night. Our desk lamp was visibly rusting, the furniture was beat up. Cracks in the ceiling and bathroom sink.
The only redeeming factor of our stay was the breakfast. Which was actually very good compared to most hotel breakfasts I've experienced.
Overall I got the feeling that the hotel owner takes for granted that people will pay whatever for a poor experience because it's PCB.

Fridge didn’t work in room. Second fridge was delivered that one didn’t work either. The bar that you have to order all food from was rude. I tried having conversation with her. She showed no interest in her customers. She was more interested in yelling across the bar talking to other people that work at the hotel. She’s definitely not a people person that should be working in the off season. She used to making good money during the peak season and doesn’t care how she treats people in the off season.
