    Somehow had the worst and best customer service at a hotel that I've ever had. Anny was delightful friendly and courteous. She told us about all the restaurants near by and was very friendly and eager to help. Angela was the most disrespectful and lazy person I've had the privilege of dealing with in my entire life. She refused to help us with a key situation and caused a minor issue to unfold into us leaving and getting a refund. It's safe to say we will not be back. I wish Anny the best as she deserves it. I would give her a5 star review but I want to give a 1 for Angela and her poor human interaction skills.

    Very disappointed with this hotel’s management. Contractors who repaired their door have not been paid, which is extremely unprofessional. When payment was politely followed up, the manager reportedly hung up the phone. This behavior shows a lack of accountability and respect. I would not recommend doing business here. If i can only give zero star i would definitely do it

    A nice clean and quiet hotel for families and pets. We had a very relaxing vacation and the staff were all helpful and very kind.

    Sauberes Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück ist auch gut gewesen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
