  My wife, Melissa and I stayed at the Embassy Suites during the Warrior Beach Retreat, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcomed, supported, and valued. Their hospitality was warm, professional, and consistent throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had one of the most breathtaking beachfront and ocean views we’ve ever experienced. Waking up to the sunrise over the water each morning felt healing and unforgettable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! It was fresh, varied, and perfect for starting each day of the retreat. The hotel handled a large group of veterans and families with impressive organization and kindness. Every interaction felt genuine. The location behind Pier Park was convenient, safe, and ideal for walking to nearby restaurants and activities. Embassy Suites helped make an already meaningful retreat even more memorable. We are deeply grateful for their generosity, their support of Warrior Beach Retreat, and their commitment to creating a peaceful, rejuvenating experience for all of us. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Panama City Beach, we will absolutely stay here again!

  I DO NOT recommend, where do I start? The carpet in the hallways was filthy. The carpet in the rooms were dirty. The rooms were out dated and there was hair in the sink in the bathroom from the previous guest, I ordered in room dining the food had no taste not worth the money, the ONLY good part was being able to go to the beach, they charge for parking and the valet guy was sleep at the desk upon check out

  The big boss Ed and Brison with Valet were amazing! I had a vehicle issue that they worked hard to help solve. These guys are the reason why I will be staying at this same location when I return!!! Ed's presence is welcoming. I felt so comfortable walking straight up to him after I was heading in a different angle to find someone I could tell about my oil cap mishap. Ed and Bryson were very personable and showed genuine humanity that can not be faked. The breakfast team at FIN was great too, they made it feel like I was visiting home. Shanta welcomed me to breakfast and Gary made sure I had everything I wanted in my omelet. It was an excellent omelet. I enjoyed speaking to the guy I call Jamaica in the serving area too. He is very helpful and backs up his team when they are busy, he doesn't mind stepping in to assist. The room was clean and there were popcorn and complimentary water available to me. I do look for little considerate details like these when I stay anywhere. Thank you to my Asian server at BLU as well. Apologies, I did not get his name. Thank you Embassy Suites by Hilton!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an incredible stay at the Embassy Suites PCBduring the Wounded Warrior Beach Retreat! The hotel went above and beyond in every way — the staff were welcoming, kind, and attentive, the food was absolutely delicious, and the ocean views were stunning. Every detail was handled with care, and the entire experience felt relaxing and uplifting. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality and support of such a meaningful event. We’re truly grateful and can’t wait to come back!

  Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Breakfast was fabulous, as usual for Embassy Suites. The NEGATIVES was our 2 room suite. The floors were dirty. Sand everywhere and a grape on the floor. Mistakes happens. Service was provided quickly and the floor was vacuumed. The grape remained under the table the whole time. Even when we checked out. Behind the bathroom door was DIRTY. The two biggest issues for us was the thermostat and the shower. There was zero water pressure... very difficult to rinse thoroughly. The halls are not air-conditioned, very hot. The thermostat in our room would not allow us to run the fan the entire time. And it could not maintain a comfortable, humid free, atmosphere. Very uncomfortable sleeping and trying to get ready. Location was GREAT. Probably will NOT stay here again.
