The hotel was great and location fantastic but the service was the worst of all Hilton hotels. I wanted to extend my stay but got put on hold for 30mins and only one day of room cleaning out of 5 days of stay. Due to the size of the hotel, there are 2 elevators and the one close to our room but constantly out of order and no one care enough to fix it. The room rate was more than 200$ a night which was a waste due to poor service.

Wanted an extra day on the beach and needed a place to stay! Great find with good location next to the beach and pier park. Clean and great staff. Only negative would be exterior doors were hit or miss if the key card would work and we found ourselves having to walk to the front when our room was on the opposite side. Room also never felt like it cooled down at night either. Other than that we would stay again

5/5 stay at a great property. Perfect snowbird getaway for me, my wife and my in-laws. Shenai, Ricardo and the rest of the breakfast crew were great we enjoyed hanging out with them every morning. Daniel at check-in was very courteous ensuring we got a higher floor with views of the beach. Carlos and David in the Blu restaurant were also very welcoming and helpful. Great location, close to the beach and pier park, can’t go wrong!

This hotel is NOT beach front and their gulf view rooms are a joke. I could see a sliver of the sand. I showed the front desk person the main photo on their website that makes it look like it’s on the beach. They said “they’re working on it”. Totally deceptive photographs. It ruined my anniversary night. Walking to our room 3 children were in the hallway batting a baseball down the hall banging into walls and doors. I had to ask one of them to move to get into my room. The breakfast had a line which I’ve never experienced before at any hotel out there. The carpets were worn and the additional parking cost was a joke. The only reason I didn’t stay at the Hyatt was room availability and I regret not going a day early to get the best hotel. This place is charging the same rates for subpar views and worn out rooms.

We were here for a little vacation from work and daily life but the stay here was made inconvenient by the service from the staff. The biggest issue was that nobody was on the same page about how the hotel is actually operated and it was frankly humiliating to constantly have to explain to one staff member what another one said to us. We brought our pet to the hotel and were given very clear instructions that housekeeping will only enter the room as long as we don't keep him in the room. For two days straight, we left the room pet-free and notified not only housekeeping staff but also front desk staff to have our rooms cleaned, and on both days we came back to the room uncleaned and towels unchanged. There was also so much confusion about the parking with valet staff and hotel staff giving us different instructions on how to settle the parking fee, especially when the hotel booking site made it clear that we could settle the parking costs when we check out of the hotel. Guests come to stay at the hotel to switch off their minds, so it's very unpleasant when we have to constantly follow up and worry about making our stay comfortable when, truly, it should be taken care of.
