    I stayed at this hotel in Jan. 2026 for 1-night. We checked out the following at around 9:45 a.m and went shopping at Pier Park for a couple of hours. Around noon we received a notice from our credit card company that we were being charged an additional $400 for our room. So I contacted the front desk and was told the General Mgr authorized the charge because the mattress was torn. I immediately drove back to the hotel and confronted the desk clerk and asked him to show me the room and the bed, which he did. We both took all the bedding off and the bed wasn’t torn. So he issued me a credit. I contacted their Customer Relations and filed a complaint. A few days later the General Mgr contacted me and said the reason she authorized it was because there was a burn hole in the mattress. I told her my wife and I don’t smoke, and the desk clerk confirmed the mattress wasn’t torn. She said that was because they changed the mattress from the time I left, but she also told me the Head Housekeeper had advised her it was previous burn. I honestly believe this was a scam. So I advised her she lost a customer for life, to which she replied “that’s fine”. We stayed there for my birthday. Wont do that again.

    We stay here on a regular basis but this time were disappointed. Upon arrival, room was not equipped with towels, no tp holder, refrigerator has no ice maker and microwave didn't work. Absolutely the worst room after several previous stays. After a all day drive, were to tired to find an alternative with disabled mobility features. Poor representative of quality stay. Will find alternative in the future.

    Mid December 2025..., This was my very first layover here at this location in ECP (Panama City, FL) Upon stepping out of the hotel shuttle from the airport I looked up to take a quick video that showed the lights on the hotel sign having what appeared to be a short. Wasn't the best initial impression however, my hotel room layout was nice and open. The room appeared to be clean, comfortable, organized and even had a nice lil' kitchenette w/ a 2 burner flat stove range, fresh paper towel on holder, a 2 bread sliced, a personal single serve coffee maker, toaster, a full size refrigerator/ freezer combo, full size dishwasher and microwave. Everything seem to be supplied from dishes, to collander, knives, flatware, and all the necessary kitchen utensils needed in any kitchen let alone kitchenette. Please enjoy the videos and pictures I captured during this layover experience.

    I would not recommend this hotel at all. Our stay in room 230 was extremely disappointing. There was trash left on the floor, hair all over the bathroom floor and in the bathtub, and, most disturbingly, a blood stain on the pillowcase. The room was clearly not cleaned or inspected properly. I went to the front desk to request a refund, but was told that wasn’t possible because we had already checked in. The staff member did offer a room change, but after seeing the condition of the first room, I was not comfortable accepting another one. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and not what you expect from a hotel stay.
