What I didn't like was the refrigerator and the TV. The refrigerator was barely cool with no way of adjusting it. The TV was very hard on the eyes. Its a new style thaf didn't work for these 2 elders. Location off the interstate was neil to none, and hard to locate, but as the old saying goes, build it and they will come. Apparently the management didn't read my comments correctly or has my review confused with someone else's. Please reread mine.

Sharp as a tack, with a big smile , perfect for a weary traveler after a long day. Felicia answered every question , and her good humor makes her a great representative of the hotel . I have been traveling do many years and she is as good as they come!
- JNJonathan NNov 5, 20255.0Well I must say this Holiday Inn location has been absolutely phenomenal. I don't know what other word I could use to describe my experience. I can't believe It's Not five stars all the way on Google. From the time I checked in the service has been spectacular front desk to the maid service. They have an excellent breakfast, it changes every day. They don't hold back on the selection. The coffee is the best I've ever had at any hotel and probably any convenience store that's for sure. They have a machine that grinds the beans and then brews the coffee, that is fantastic. They have coffee 24 hours a day and it's always at the same machine which makes it great. Most hotels make it somewhere else and then they've got these thermos pumps that I don't know what they do to the coffee but it's always strong and bitter. The coffee they use at this hotel I need to get it from my house. Also for being so close to the interstate it is extremely quiet here . Anytime I come to this area I won't even look at another hotel it will always be Holiday Inn Express at I-95.

She took great care of us answered all our questions, and even switched our room for us to the first floor because I am claustrophobic and will not get into an elevator. Holiday Inn is very lucky to have an individual like Amy working for them. She deserves a raise.
