  This hotel is truly first class! I came with a group of friends for a political function. The hotel has all of the historic charm of a century old resort. The facility itself is absolutely gorgeous and the gardens are adorned with lush foliage, giving you that tropical zen feel. From the moment that we arrived until the moment we departed the staff was extremely accommodating, kind and helpful. They were at any moment ready and willing to shuttle us or pick us up anywhere. Their attention to detail is stellar. They even went to the store for me and delivered supplements to my room. Joel was kind enough to give me one of his own protein bars in the fitness center. The rooms are gorgeous and have all of the amenities that one can expect from a luxury hotel. Several times per day they actually come in to swap towels and tidy the room & bedding. Cafe Boulud is the house restaurant. I had breakfast, dinner and butlered hors d’eouvres at multiple functions over the weekend. All of the food was outstanding, incredibly flavorful and beautifully presented. The star of the show was Nicole at the front desk! She was absolutely delightful! She made great dinner recommendations and accommodated our every need. She clearly has a passion for hospitality and made the weekend beyond memorable. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in palm beach. You will experience the highest level of service in a facility that has a certain charm that is difficult to find.

  Theresa and Gina were the bussers of our area. Since I don’t know the servers’ names, it should be evident that the service was disappointing. The food was great, as were the cocktails. However the Old Fashions, were disappointing and were returned and taken care of by the manager. Both Gina and Theresa should be promoted to lead servers! .
