    This is a typical Garden Inn hotel. It is located in a beautiful setting with lakes, shopping area, and dining venues. Very convenient to everything one would want it need. The rooms are pretty bare and minimal but relatively clean and orderly. We had a nice stay here.

    We love this hotel. From the moment you walked in it was bright and clean and modern and it smelled really good. There’s a great lobby with a bar and restaurant and lots of areas to sit and relax or do work. The rooms are wonderful with all the modern amenities and outlets and work spaces you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great with plenty of soft towels and bathroom amenities. The shower had great water pressure.

    As a Lifetime Diamond member and being told that I could have an early check-in, upon arriving two hours earlier than the normal 3:00pm check-in, was told I would be charged. I’ve never been to a Hilton property that has tried to charge me considering the loyalty of me and the company I own, which uses Hilton exclusively for travel and spends many, many thousands on travel annually. Additionally, after having a reservation for several weeks, I was put in a horrible room. First, it was a handicap room. Second, the view was of a huge roof. Third, the floors were hard, cold vinyl rather than some other more comfortable material. Fourth, there was literally no lights in the bathroom. Just one little mirror with dull lighting. Honestly Hilton, do better. Your livelihood is the business traveler. Treat them better or they will move to another brand, like Marriott, who will match status. The most disappointing stay to date. Another property is the better choice.

    3 *** - average hotel 4 **** - service. Staff was very nice. 5 ***** - for location Hotel has an outside enclosed pool. A fitness center, a bar and small restaurant. Plenty of parking. Easy access via walking bridge over lake to Downtown Palm Beach Gardens with many restaurants, bars, boutique shops, ice cream, a carousel and more. Cheesecake Factory, Grimaldi's pizzeria, Whole Foods, Avocado Cantina, Voodoo Bayou, Yard House and more. 10 minute walk to Garden Mall, an upscale mall. Nice walkable path around the lake. @downtownpalmbeachgardens @travelingtheworldwithmiriam
