Water started leaking from ceiling and they extend our check out to 3pm for the inconvenience. I was on an all paid business trip and they charged my credit card instead of the business. It was odd, my travel agency had to call them to get the charge reversed. The lobby was beautiful and breakfast was great.

I had a very disappointing stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton and would not recommend it—especially at a rate of $450 per night.
The room never cooled down despite the AC being set to 68 degrees, making it extremely uncomfortable. At check-in, I informed the front desk that I had four guests, yet the room was stocked with only three washcloths and towels. To make matters worse, the phone inside the room did not work, so I couldn’t even call the front desk to request additional towels. I had to walk down myself, only to be met with front desk staff who were short, unhelpful, and brushed me off rather than addressing the issue.
There was also only one working elevator, which caused delays and inconvenience. The overall condition of the hotel felt gloomy and antiquated—definitely not fresh or well-maintained. On top of that, there was no working ice machine, which is a basic amenity you’d expect at any hotel, let alone one at this price point.
This stay fell far below expectations. I would absolutely not pay $450 a night for a hotel with poor service, malfunctioning amenities, and an overall outdated feel.

Hotel: Lobby was nice enough, convienient parking (which was included otherwise $), the gym was terrible (do better - it was dirty and little equipment options, and no wipes). Pool was good, hot tub not hot and the jets didn't work properly. The breakfast made to order omlete bar was great. The buffet could have been better with fresher ingredients (tip don't eat those eggs and just ask at the counter for how you want them). Bar was stocked. We appreciated Eddy the bartender but mixed reviews on the service. Our group had drink tickets and he was not happy about (sales team should discuss with staff about this). We did leave tips of course.... Desk staff were terrible, other than one person who actually smiled (Sunday morning staffer). Do better!
Lastly, several elevators were broken the entire stay (4 days). Only 1 elevator was operational for such a big hotel. We paid too much for this to be the case. If you were on the 10th floor, it was terrible.
Rooms: I found our room spacious and clean, but others in our group had mixed experiences (e.g., a lack of shampoo, body wash, towels, etc.). The beds feel like you are sleeping on the floor, so hard. The afternoon staffer was unhelpful and unsympathetic. He actually said people ask about where to purchase the beds!? Which was hilarious as there was another guest (inline behind me and not part of our group) also complaining. I literally went to walmart and bought a cheap topper and left it there. Bathrooms are way too small compared to the size of the room. Our housecleaning person was great (wish I had her name). She even made the sleeper bed.
Overpriced. Not sure why anyone woud choose this location. Not up to the Hilton experience I would expect, as an honor member.
