During our stay back in February, I experienced a level of hospitality and professionalism that far exceeded my expectations and much of that is thanks to Roger’s leadership and dedication. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make us feel welcomed, a reflection of exceptional management. Throughout my stay, I noticed how engaged Roger was with guests and staff alike. Roger Brown maintained a visible presence around the property, greeting visitors with a sincere smile and checking that everyone was comfortable. It’s rare to see a manager so hands-on and genuinely passionate about guest satisfaction. The atmosphere at Doubletree is one of warmth, excellence, and meticulous attention to detail.     Whenever we come to Palm Beach Gardens, we always make sure to stay at your hotel! Robert, your waiter in the morning is always such a pleasure to see and spend a few moments with. Rooms are always neat and clean And your front desk, staff is always most courteous and helpful. We will actually be back the evening of November 8 and are looking forward to it!

    Front desk person Iryna was extremely unhelpful getting me checked in. Gave me the runaround and had me download an app to check in only to tell me she then could not let me check in for 30 minutes because of the app but could not explain why. So I had to stand in the lobby for 30 min waiting for no reason at 8pm at night after driving hours while my food I just picked up got cold. Never again based on check in experience alone. Hilton just keeps getting worse, I don’t know why I stay anywhere but Mariott anymore

    Avoid this hotel at all costs. This was my first experience staying at this hotel and the worst. Parking was challenging to find when I arrived in the evening. Noise level is high as it is close to the highway (cars zooming by all night). Rooms are old and musty and have carpet that smells moldy.) The air conditioner does not cool (even at maximum cold setting), and the odor in the room from the carpet gets worse. They must know it as there was a portable air conditioner in the room which malfunctioned after 2 hours. There was a roach in one of the beds (see pics), absolutely unacceptable! The shower/tub doesn’t drain, so you stand in a pool of water while showering. The vanity is old and low. I often stay at Hilton or Marriott brand hotels when traveling for work each week. Of the several hotels, this has to be the worst so far. Never to return.
