After being a lifetime diamond member who stays at this hotel almost every week the front office manager did not let me check into the room because I did not have my id which I lost on my way over to the hotel. Another employee who knows me and has seen me there weekly tried to help out and was also turned down. This is how you loose customers who bring in millions of dollars into your company. Never again…

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I unfortunately did not read the reviews well enough. The room smelt incredibly moldy and musty. Every time I entered the room, I was hit with a wave of disgust. Tried to get the AC on for some air circulation but that wasn’t working either. Had a room facing the highway and it was incredibly noisy as well. The balcony doors have no noise proofing. Nail in the coffin is that they charge extra for parking. This is not what I would expect paying so much money to stay a DoubleTree. When I booked a room with DoubleTree, I expected a fresh clean room. This has ruined the respect I have for Hilton’s mid-range hotels. I’m on a huge road trip and I’ve stayed at much better motels like Super 8 and Quality Inn.

The hotel is in a nice area with enough things to do at walking distance. But rooms are very noisy from both outside noise as from neighboring rooms. Rooms showing wear and tear and could use some deeper cleaning. Bedside desk was spotted and dusty. In corners of the room and bathroom also dust and dirt. Since we were here for just one night we did some cleaning off the desk and let the rest be. But it wasn't what I expected from a brand as Hilton. Beds are comfortable, room size is ok but when the sleepers sofa has been set up the room feels cramped. Parking is extra and has to be done through a QR code which is given when checking in. The published rate in their website is $ 15 but they charge $ 18,10. I don't understand why they aren't honest about the rate.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into a frustrating and sleepless experience. On my first night, I was unable to sleep due to loud teenagers bickering in the hallway on the third floor for over an hour. I contacted the front desk and was told security would be sent, but by that point the disturbance had already ruined my ability to rest. The situation worsened the following morning when a guest pulled the fire alarm, waking everyone up early on Sunday. Then again on Monday morning, I was woken up by children screaming outside my room along with an adult. Each time I complained, I received the same response, that security would be sent, yet the issues were never resolved in a timely or effective manner. To make matters worse, the room itself was outdated and not well-maintained, which further diminished the overall experience and did not align with the standards I expect from a Hilton property. After multiple disruptions I checked out early at 9:30 a.m., frustrated and exhausted. This stay fell far below expectations and was anything but relaxing.

Iryna and Ocean, made us feel very welcome as soon as we entered.. Check-inWas a breeze and was followed up with a text to make sure everything was perfect for us.. The next morning, Robert in the restaurant greeted us warmly brought us coffee ,went out of his way to make sure that we were happy and we would want to come see him each morning on our stay. The whole experience was very wonderful , and we were greeted warmly wherever we went..
