- SEShaaka Elliott4 days ago1.0Do not stay at this hotel unless you like mold, other people's urine and bug bites. This is my arm a week after staying at this hotel. The GM tells me they didn't find any bugs but I just sold my house in nj and drove to Florida. I didn't stay anywhere else. The largest problem I had was the stench of mold from the obvious recent water damage repair in room 218 and the urine all over the toilet. Go somewhere else. Trust me.

The broken EV charger has been reported for years and there isn't even as much as a sign in place that it's broken. Quick note on breakfast: extremely lackluster. Pictures on 3rd party booking portals are 100% fake. Most hot options seem to have been removed over the years and replaced by a toaster (see picture). Fruit are apples. Zero waffle toppings. No bagels, only toast. Not even cream cheese. I think they do the absolutely bare minimum to meet the "Best Western Plus" standard without getting into trouble. EV charging (Tesla NACS plug) is broken for years, hotel knows about this but does not even put a sign up or informs front desk staff. One single charger is operational, but given the amount of EVs on the parking NO ONE should book this hotel for the advertised EV charging. You will NOT be able to charge. It's misleading and hotel maintainance does not care. Fixing the broken charger would be very cheap, so not doing anything about it for years must be an intentional decision by management: keep the broken charger on the wall without any sign or note so it looks good on pictures but doesn't help any customer. Apart from that it's a cheap and very outdated hotel with insanely old furnature and dehumidifyers in the rooms that work double time to keep the funky smell under control. Close enough to the highway and "good enough"(?) for a one night stay. (How is this a Best Western *PLUS*?)

I am going to need to find an alternate place to stay if they don’t add something comfortable on the mattress! The rooms are nice and great location!

Very Clean, Great Staff and Managers like Elaude, Milin, Carla Dana have a great hearts and always make my stay feel at home. The breakfast was good and the staff services were really good. Carla from reception is very nice 😊 and the lady from breakfast too.
