  Recommended. We have had two separate enjoyable stays at this almost new hotel. Though I am confident the oceanfront rooms are great, we enjoyed the studio rooms we had on the south side of the hotel. We had a view of the beach and the strip down towards Daytona, which was particularly nice at night. The studio room is very spacious, with two queens, a comfortable sleep sofa, a cleverly integrated and fully equipped kitchenette, an adequate bath, and a walk-out balcony. One room had a walk-in shower, the other a tub - Ask for the shower. The rooms were tasteful and like new. We did have a problem with strange periodic noise throughout one night in our room on the 7th floor. It seemed to be from some sort of hotel machinery. We will avoid that floor in the future. The 2nd floor was very quiet - though the view not as good! The hotel is nicely appointed, and clean. The staff is welcoming, caring, and they do their jobs well - it shows throughout. The breakfast is fine, however fresh cooked eggs would be a welcome improvement over the pre-cooked patties. There were plenty of choices. The heated pool and hot-tub are first rate, and we really enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit at night, watching the moon rise as the waves crashed onto the beach. There's good parking, at least in the off season when we visited. However, like the other beach hotels in this area, there is a $15/day charge for it. Google erroneously lists it as free, as of this writing. We found the location to be superb, with several very good restaurants within walking distance. There is a large 3 story bar diagonally across the street that may potentially be noisy when it fires up during the summer. Overall, I think you will have a hard time finding a better hotel stay in Ormond Beach.

  I truly enjoyed my stay here! It is NOT a luxury Hilton property, BUT rooms are updated and super spacious. Oceanfront balconies have the perfect view and the waves will lull you to sleep! They have a parking lot and underground parking plus direct beach access and a pool. Housekeeping staff are extremely polite. The BEST part of my stay was Zach at the front desk! I/We encountered a major but laughable situation after the fact and Zach and the Management Team graciously fixed the issue! I look forward to coming back to this property for my work trips!!

  I recently travelled from Australia to America to be apart of a month long baseball umpires program where we were all lodged at Spark By Hilton Ormond Beach and I don't think we could have been given a better place! The biggest shout out to some of the staff members; Layne, John and Keith! These three were amazing, always offering local advice, help with any questions/concerns and prioritized us guests and our needs! With such a long stay these three became like family and were always behind the front desk with a smile and made the Spark feel like a home away from home. The location of the hotel was amazing and close to everything you could need, laundromat, restaurants, shops, etc. The service from all the staff including the breakfast room, housekeeping and maintenance was outstanding, they were always ready to help and provided great service. I would highly recommend the Spark by Hilton Ormond Beach to anyone, short stay, long stay, solo travelling or with family!

  Ive stayed here two times and have loved the service and the room given. The front desk staff is amazing and provides professional service that is amazing, while I am sorry that I cant remember all the names. Layne was a amazing agent that greeted us pleasantly and made our stay struggle free. The rooms are very nice and has channels that are entertaining and apps that are up to date. The location is amazing; the only recommendation i would have to fix the lights on the sign for the hotel as you cant see the location as good as you can driving in the night.

  We stayed at Spark Hilton for the month of January. My room was very clean, bed comfortable and a prefect view of the ocean. We only had a very small refrigerator while others had a larger one with a small freezer. A microwave would have been a nice addition. There is one in the lobby if needed. Very attentive front desk staff. Layne was outstanding and so great while she was training new hires. Zach was also very friendly. Mark and Justin were always a friendly smile and conversation no matter what they were doing. The pool area was always clean but would be amazing if you could find a way to keep the birds out of the pool. Everyday I woke up to a beautiful sunrise. I will miss all the wonderful staff, even those whose names I did not learn. Breakfast was a nice touch and always fresh.
