Had two rooms on the 7th floor. Daily Charged to park while you are staying there. Pool was not usable the whole three days we were there. Noisey mechanical sounds in room. Patio door did not fully close making a/c run continuously and entry door issues.
At Checkout, clerk refused to give a printed check out accounting reciept. Email only was reason given. (Not company policy) All other staff were exceptionally good at customer service. Nov. 4 -7 2025

Great location on the beach. Overall cleanliness wasn't bad but could be better. The mini fridge was very mini and there was no microwave in the room but the biggest thing I felt was missing was in-room coffee.

PART 1 - Friday night, October 3, 2025 I checked into this hotel which is a Spark by Hilton. At check in everything was great and the young lady by the name of Octavia was a guest service representative at the time. She gave me recommendations on fun things to do in Ormond Beach and I was very pleased. The only reason for me even visiting Ormond Beach was because I was there on a package that was purchased through a resort by the name of Spinnaker, which is also located in Ormond Beach. Because the reservation was booked through Spinnaker resort my boyfriend and I had to sit through a 90 minute presentation to purchase a timeshare which I did not get a chance to go to because that Saturday we got up to go have breakfast at Angelina‘s after breakfast we returned to our hotel room, which was room 604 and upon entering everything that we had brought to that hotel which was shown on surveillance camera was gone. The room was wiped completely clean as if no one was even in there. My luggage as well as my boyfriend’s luggage was gone all the way down to the potato chips that we brought with us. Everything that I had inside of my pink duffel bag was gone, which included panties clothing, designer shoes, and a designer purse, Michael kors smart watch all valuing up to $5000 was completely gone. My first instinct was to go to the very next room that that I seen a housekeeper Ronell in cleaning as I entered my room. I informed him that everything in my room was gone and I wanted to know who was a person that cleaned my room because we were not expected to check out until this upcoming Monday. He said I don’t know who cleaned your room because it is not on my board. I said OK let’s go figure out who cleaned my room because all of our things are gone as we’re walking to the elevators we ran into a young lady which I was informed was the housekeeping supervisor and I was told her name was Shayla and she was the only manager on duty. I told her what was going on and she said let’s go down to the front so that we can investigate and look at cameras and try to figure out who went into your room. We go downstairs to the front of course I am extremely upset and my boyfriend is as well. They’re doing what they claim they need to do to figure out who went into my room, but after about 20 to 30 minutes, there were no answers. That resulted in me calling the Ormond Beach Police Department. They got there not sure exactly what time but when they arrive, I explained to them what was going on as I did the dispatcher when I made the call. They came did their investigating, and they also came back with no answers about where my things could have possibly went. I’ve worked in numerous hotels before including Hilton’s. Protocol would be if someone was checking out and they left things in a room. It was to be sent down to the front desk to put and lost and found. Protocol was not done properly. The hotel staff was very unprofessional and very disrespectful and even somewhat aggressive towards myself and my boyfriend. Unfortunately, I did not feel the urgency and the empathy on anyone’s end in that situation. Again all of my things as well as my boyfriend things are completely gone so we drove back to our hometown with nothing that we left with. It is very sad that this has happened to us. We are hard-working young adults who make a honest living and for someone to invade our privacy and take our belongings from us is absolutely horrific. To call the police in Ormond Beach and report this and for them not to be able to make sense of anything as to why they could not locate our things is absolutely crazy. At this time, I am pursuing charges against the Hotel, staff and Spinacur Resort Ormond Beach. I am contacting an attorney to file a lawsuit against everyone. I will not let this go because everything that I had when I checked in should still be with me.
