The shower head needed to be cleaned and had a pink residue. There were also a large stack of hangers in between the sofa and wall.

The front desk staff, Kiara Hines, was my absolute saving grace. When I had to extend my stay, she went above and beyond to accommodate me. She is a true example of what customer service is about. Meeting the needs of your customer. She was so professional and attentive and helped me when I needed it most, and I am forever grateful.

All of the staff is helpful, rooms are clean, the breakfast in the morning is always fresh!! Kierra, really took me under her wing when I first arrived. She always makes sure my reservation is booked and ALWAYS takes care of me through out my stay. Her vibe really brightens the lobby and always makes it feel like home away from home! 💛
