  WARNING TO ALL UNIVERSAL GOERS!!!!!!!!!!!If you are stopped and asked if you would like a free 5 star breakfast, $200, and a gorgeous care free tour of a beautiful new hotel, do not. It is actually a 4 hour time share sales scam. We were berated and harassed after telling her multiple times we were not interested. She kept telling us she understood, she just had to finish the presentation. At the end, she brought her manager over to ask us extremely rudely what happened and why we all of a sudden we do not want this time share after having such a positive tour. When we shared that we were brought there under false pretenses, we were told “okay, then if you are telling me that that man is going to be fired today, do you want this man fired?” And then were asked to explain again why we don’t want a timeshare. She even went as far as telling me that as a U.S. Marine I have enough money to afford this, and I don’t care about my family’s happiness if I think a timeshare is not worth it. PLEASE STAY AWAY THESE PEOPLE ARE THE DEFINITION OF SATAN HIMSELF AND WILL TRAP YOU FOR LIFE!

  Had a blast other than the high pressure tour it was fun big place 7 pools only thing I'd say bad about the pools is they all close at 10pm no adult swim till 11 or so but still water was warm clean had bars at the pools water park in the middle of the complex couple shops and bar bowling alley gift shop pizza and ice cream place all up front close to SeaWorld 5 mins away fun park few mins away so it's in a great spot would definitely come back the room was nice 2 bedroom suite nice big balcony 2 sliding doors to it one from master bedroom with a Jacuzzi and private bathroom nice living room with pull out couch dishwasher laundry washer dryer sink full kitchen only issue is the floors to the room were dirty didn't look dirty but ur feet showed otherwise black socks black so we had to mop the floor which they did have in the room already other than that very nice place for ur family to come enjoy Orlando

  I love this place. This is our 2nd Winter here. The service & maintenance are great. A little freezing in January but it was 20 below at home. We walk 3 to 4 miles a day in a beautiful eell kept setting. Drafts has great food. I love the steak & my husband loves the ribs. Je couldn't finish them, that is a first. The only thing I can complain about is having to change rooms every 28 days , but they were very accommodating and making it as easy as possible. I know they have a reason for it but it does put a little strain on us.

  The overall resort was nice, but the location of the villa that I stayed in didn’t have Internet service. Only advice is be careful when booking through third-party sites. They advertise the whole resort, but not all the amenities are included. I did try speaking with someone on the property about how it was a little misleading and they really just brushed it off and told me to contact the third-party site which was a little bit upsetting.
