- LPLarry PhamDec 31, 20211.0They checked me in while my bedroom wasn't clean thoroughly. Dirty comforerter was still on my bed. No cups and not enough shampoo. They did not clean my room since i checked in 3 days ago claiming not having enough cleaning people. No extra bath supplies, no clean towels for 3 days. The front desk guy brought us few clean towels and shampoo and picked up trashes after I complained. For over $200 per night, this is the worse hotel I ever stayed so far. Costco really needs to find a new hotel partner to offer in their vacation packages.

Was not given a full refund so was essentially charged twice. Was never able to get in touch with the Manager despite calling several times. Wouldn't recommend booking here.
