- AHAmanda Hill6 days ago1.0Had a sudden death in the family and needed to cancel or rebook. Wasn’t able to rebook + they would not give a full refund due to the occurrence. Please do not support a company that has no sympathy due to unexpected life events.

Para ir a los parques de universal es cerca en automóvil. El hotel también ofrece un desayuno rico y variado con panes, frutas, bebidas y otras opciones. Nos pareció un hotel tranquilo y ña habitación cómoda y grande para dos personas.

First and foremost I appreciate how clean everything is and how wonderful it smells in every area of the hotel. That’s a huge plus. The rooms are nice and spacious and everything was super clean. Went to wipe up a spill on the floor and the towel had no dirt. That’s amazing. Bravo to the housekeeper team. We had breakfast and dinner at the onsite restaurant and it was convenient and satisfying. Kids eat breakfast free with an adult meal purchase. Jasmine at the front desk was very accommodating and extended our checkout time. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Most importantly we were in walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Directly across the street from Icon Park. This visit really changed my perspective on this hotel group. I definitely recommend this location and will revisit when we are in the area.
