I WOULD GIVE ZERO BUT THAT'S NOT AN OPTION DO NOT PARK HERE!! I parked here Wednesday 3/11 for a trip. On the night of Sunday 3/15 someone smashed my side window($1200 damage) and stole personal items. The hotel has signs regarding park at your own risk so that is on me. However, here is my problem. On Monday morning the "chief engineer" realized this and was kind enough to cover and tape it. He notified management. I arrived back late on Saturday 3/21 and proceeded to see my damaged car. when I went to the front desk to report it I was told the manager had just left but I could email him. Orlando Police arrived took my info and started looking around. They noticed several cars with similar damage. They checked for other reports. NONE! -NO REPORTS, -NO CAMERAS, -NO SECURITY When the general manager FINALLY got back to me 2 DAYS later she offered nothing. When I asked why no police report was done she said she would review it with her staff. I wondered out-loud if I should contact an attorney and she said "go ahead it won't do you any good, it hasn't in the past". She was dismissive and very non-committal. THAT'S MY PROBLEM! THERE IS A PATTERN AND THEY ARE DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT!

I stayed here for 6 nights total before and after cruise. Decent hotel for the price and free shuttle from airport. Definitely needs a little maintenance. Ice maker working on only one floor out of 4 or 5 floors. One elevator is not working. Some lights out on other elevators. Leaves in pool. The whole pool and smoking area need leaf blowed. No jacuzzi, only pool. Rooms have nice Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc. I asked for my room to be touched up one day but they never came. Bar is nice too. Also wifi wasnt working properly for us. I felt like our rooms smelled musty until the ac cooled everything. Definitely could use some updating. Paint splatters all over new flooring and bathrooms are outdated. The beds and pillows are comfortable though! Walking distance to lots of places!

This staff CARES, they WORK HARD to EARN a 10/10! We were pleased right from the start, PAUL is is an excellent concierge AND chauffeur (he’s also the Sebastian Maniscalco of shuttle drivers)! We had a wonderful first night at happy hour, thanks to FREDDY - he was delightful and attentive! Breakfast was AWESOME, because JOEL promptly and warmly saw to our every need! The front desk was VERY welcoming and was quick to go the extra mile to meet our business/printing needs - shout out to JASMYNE and ZEKE! The pool is wonderful (refreshing and relaxing)! The room was very comfortable and thoroughly stocked! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

As a IHG rewards member for over 10 years, I have stayed at a lot of holiday inns all over North America and I can say for without a doubt that this location is the absolute worst I have ever been in. We arrived in Orlando airport on Friday night (March 13th 2026), after a long flight. We made our way to the shuttle pickup location where all the hotels picking shuttles picked up their guests. After 20 mins of waiting, I called the hotel (at 11:53pm) and spoke with reservations, asking if we had to call for pickup, as no holiday inn shuttle came yet, even though other hotels have come more than once. I was then told the shuttle was 24/7 and that we didn’t need to call, they come every 13 mins. They told me that I was going to be transferred to the front desk, so they can make sure we get picked up. While on hold, the shuttle finally came, only to completely ignore the pickup and drive right passed us. When I spoke to the front desk, they were not only unhelpful, they seemed like I was a bother to them, and told me I didn’t need to call for pickup. I then told them that I saw them drive right passed us while I was on hold, but they told me to be patient as he was probably full. We then waited for another 40 mins, and after seeing the driver drive passed us 2 more times I got sick of it, and called again at 12:29am. This girl I talked to sounded apologetic, but told me I had to be transferred again to the front desk. I was then hung up on. After traveling with all day and having a wet, hungry toddler who needed sleep, I totally had enough of it. I then paid for a cab, which cost me $30 for 2.4m. When we got there to check in, my wife and I told our extreme frustration to the front desk person, and all we got was a “sorry”. Didn’t seem like anyone here actually cared about the service they gave us, nor did not even offer to refund us the cost of the cab. The outside of the hotel is nice, inside it declines. Carpet at least on the 4th floor, looked so old and warn out, my guess would be it was installed in the 70’s. The only positive thing I can say about the room is that it “seemed” to be clean. However, the AC unit sounded like it had something squirming around inside of it, the shower curtain wouldn’t close properly, the tub stopper and drain was extremely disgusting and really needed replacement. Toilet was super old, and the handle needed to be held down to flush?? No complimentary breakfast, like every other Holiday Inn, and yet the breakfast buffet was extremely pricey. Although it isn’t the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, it was the worst holiday inn I have stayed at. The service and the value we received wasn’t even close to the cost, not to mention not even close to the quality I would expect of a Holiday Inn. The owner of this location should be completely ashamed of the service and state of this hotel. I’ll never be back, and for the sake of you and your family, please stay away.
