  This was a very disappointing hotel experience. The room was extremely unclean there was hair on the bedding and visible stains on both the sheets and towels, which made it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The staff was also unprofessional and not helpful when we raised our concerns. On top of that, we specifically requested a king bed but were instead given a room with two queen beds, with no proper explanation or effort to correct the mistake. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend staying here.

  Walked in to hotel lobby extremely late at night was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk by the name of Isiah. He was extremely friendly, extremely helpful and informative, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He completely changed the mood from being overly exhausted and stressed to happy and allowing me the opportunity to truly see how some people still take pride in their jobs. First impressions are everything and he left a lasting one. As for the hotel, very convenient, very clean, the complimentary breakfast was decent, and very reasonably priced. Will stay here again.

  I have stayed at multiple IHG and this is by far one of the worse stays. The shower has no pressure and bathroom was dirty with mold around the sink and shower head was disgusting, the toilet, sinks and tub have drainage issues I went and bought cleaning supplies to clean myself. The picture online are not the same as the one you get. And the staff is not friendly breakfast runs out and nothing is refilled or replaced. And the fact that you have to pay for parking is ridiculous and frustrating! I will not recommend IHG to anyone anymore and will not be staying at this location or any of their locations again.

  Si voy a Orlando, volvería a quedarme en este hotel, tarde mucho en escoger un hotel bueno y por eso aprovecho en decirte que valio la pena porque: 1) Es buena zona 2)La habitación fue doble cama y muy cómoda y una área de trabajo favorable, mucha iluminación, calefacción y A/C bueno, microondas, nevera plancha secador cafetera, TV grande y un baño súper limpio tiene como marca Dove como jabón shampoo etc. 3) Desayuno incluido hasta 6:30 am a 9:30 am Muy completo tienen muchas opciones y una área limpia y separada, las panquecas, huevo, café creo que es el favorito de todos. 4)Tienen muchas áreas en buen estado, lavandería, gym piscina y máquinas para jugar. 5) tienen un lugar para venderte ticket de los parques y horarios de transporte que vale la pena. Tienen una hoja impresa o sea nada de improvisación que es muy importante. Los parques están súper cerca, el más cerca de todos es seawold. 6) la gran mayoría de los hoteles de Orlando por la búsqueda que hice no te incluye el parqueo entonces escaneas el QR y el pago es de 26$ por noche. Hay otros más caros que ofrecen el parqueo incluido pero es mentira al final te lo incluyen el precio. Los hoteles al rededor de este no bajaban de 45$ así que por precio y opiniones del público me guíe y quise dejar tambie mi opinión porque esto ayuda para un buen plan y viaje familiar. 7) Por último a un bloque de camino tanto en carro o caminando tienes miles de opciones para comer como Shake shack, chic fli a target,Aldi, gasolinas, y infinitas cadenas conocidas lo más lejos que hay a 6 min es Mcdonals y es 24 horas. Pague de depósito por la habitación 50$ Tienen una área de res fresco muy bien frío y snacks 24 hora. Dejaré foto de todo. Por todo lo que describí tuvo sus 5 estrellas. Espero que les sirva la información.

  Absolutely terrible experience. We arrived at 4 AM only to be told that our room was no longer available because the hotel “couldn’t confirm” our booking — yet no one ever contacted us beforehand to resolve any supposed issue. Instead of notifying us in advance, they let us show up in the middle of the night with nowhere to stay. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Overbooking is one thing, but failing to communicate with guests and leaving them stranded at 4 AM is on another level. The staff offered weak excuses and no real solution. We were literally left without a room after a long day of travel. No accountability, no urgency, no care for guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value reliability and basic customer service, stay somewhere else.
