  Does the staff get paid to gossip. If so, it isn’t enough to sit around and gossip all day. The shower head in the bathroom is in desperate need of a replacement.

  I booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando - International Drive by IHG, 7276 International Drive, Orlando, Florida, from February 6 to February 7, 2026. The room was paid in full by Priceline. Upon arrival, I was told I had to pay a parking fee, which I told them I wasn't going to park my vehicle on their site. They demanded that I pay a parking fee, which I offered to pay at the end. They then told me they weren't going to give me a room. After demanding to rent my room because the room was paid in full, they told me to please leave the property or they were going to call the police and have me charged with trespassing. I immediately called Priceline, in which they would investigate. The hotel then they blocked Priceline from giving me a refund in full and told me that it's their policy not to refund. I contacted my credit card company, in which they told me they refused to give me a refund because the hotel had blocked my investigation. I again called Priceline, in which they told me the only way I'll get a refund is from the hotel because Priceline has nothing to do with refunding unless the hotel okays it. I received a reply from the hotel saying it is or not their policy to give a refund. I'm a senior citizen, and this money is a great deal to me. This hotel blocked me in any way or fashion from obtaining a refund, even though I never stayed a night in their hotel. They leave me no choice but to take this matter into a civil matter between small claims court and the hotel. It is my attempt to show other traveler(s)what a horrible experience this hotel can create. I am not sure why this management has treated a senior citizen with such horrible disrespect. Thank you.

  Just a great experience in this hotel, very friendly staff, especially Jaylene and Beldour. They are the main reason for writing this review because of their service and attentiveness. The room was very clean and the bed so comfortable.

  Book the room on Priceline to the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Orlando 7276 International Drive Orlando, Florida the room is booked February 6 to February 7, 2026. Receive confirmation by Priceline. Went to check in and I was told I had to pay a parking fee, which I explained I wasn't going to pay the parking fee, that I would park my car off-site. I was then told then they wouldn't rent me a room, and I explained I would like to get my money back, and they refused. I then demanded my money, and they escorted me off the property and told me they were calling the police, who are going to charge me with trespassing. As of today's date, I've never received my refund for a room I never spent the night in their hotel.

  El hotel es bueno muy cómodo y aseado te cambian toallas todos los días, el desayuno para estadías largas no es muy variado ya tienes que ingeniarte tú para no comer lo mismo siempre, las opciones son huevos revueltos un día o huevos con verdura con salchicha y carne, avena, pancakes, una o dos frutas naranja o banano o naranja y manzana, cereales y otro día es lo mismo pero le agregan tocino y huevos con queso siempre hay yogurt o leche con chocolate, me encanta que el café es free 24 horas, queda súper cerca del Icon park nos fuimos a pie. Tiene transporte gratis a universal aunque es mejor el Uber porque el bus nunca llega a las 9 llega como a las 10
