Honestly, I probably would have given it a lower rating if it weren't for Daniel, who checked us in. He was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast choices were very poor compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed at. You had your choice of either orange juice or coffee, which was very odd, as I'm not a big orange juice drinker, but they didn't even have water, as most places usually do. Many of the options were so limited that I was surprised I was staying at a Holiday Inn Express, which I usually do every other month. I'm probably not going to stay at this one again because of how poor the breakfast options were. We decided to stay at another hotel the following day. They were very kind to cancel our reservation, and our experience with the other hotel made us realize that, with the extra fees for parking, it might not even be worth it. We can just pay that extra fee at another hotel and get a better-quality breakfast. The rooms are very clean, but I was a bit disappointed that, after calling ahead and being told there would be an extra bed in our room, it turned out there were only two queen-size beds. Luckily, my wife always packs a small air mattress just in case, so we used that. Over the phone, they mentioned we could get a rollaway bed, but they didn't inform us that these are limited, especially when fully booked. The person on the phone assured us there would definitely be one available, but when we arrived, there wasn’t. Since it was too late to switch hotels, and everyone was tired, we stayed anyway. The room was pleasant, and as I mentioned, Daniel at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He is an asset to your company and is probably the only reason you’re getting four stars instead of one. Charging for parking is definitely very brave when other locations don't charge. If it weren't so late, just for the parking charge itself, I would probably have gone somewhere else, and I did end up going somewhere else. I didn't stay in my final night there; the next location I stayed at was a different hotel that offered free parking and better breakfast options for much less.

The service was great! Fadwa was so sweet and helpful. If you are in the area for Iniversal or Disney, it’s a little over a 20 min drive; but there was no traffic getting there and you’re not in the middle of all that craziness. If you’re in town and want a cheap stay that’s not too noisy, this is a great option

Juvena was incredibly kind and helpful during check-in. Throughout my unexpected stay due to a flight cancellation, she consistently greeted me warmly and answered all of my questions. When I needed help finding a place to eat, she went above and beyond. She truly made my stay here perfect.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a complimentary shuttle service to MCO (including Brightline), though it only departs once an hour. Make sure you schedule it with the front desk the day before.
The building is a bit dated and tired, but overall it was a great stay thanks to the fantastic customer service I received.
The free breakfast was decent although seemed to be scaled back compared to other times I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express.

I stayed at this hotel because of a cancelled flight in Orlando. I was pleasantly surprised. Juvena checked me in and she was professional, friendly and helpful. I didn't know when I made the reservation that breakfast was included. What a pleasant surprise. There was coffee, tea, juice, cinnamon rolls, other danish, yogurt, sausages, eggs, and various breads to toast. I think there were 6 small tables in that area. My room was larger than I thought it would be and included a small refrigerator and a microwave. Further, they provide a free airport shuttle that runs once an hour and you must reserve it. Daniel pleasantly answered some of my questions and also checked me out. You can easily drive by this hotel because it is not easily visible from the street. Also, only the 7-Eleven was in walking distance which is why I removed a star for location. The price was good, the place was clean, I would recommend for a short stay.
Great Stay Before and After Our Cruise
We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express both before and after our cruise and had a great experience. The hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport. You just call the number when you arrive, and they were very prompt picking us up.
Its not the fanciest option but it met my expectations for the price range. The service was fantastic. The gentleman checking us in noticed we were traveling with kids and upgraded our room to one with bunk beds at no extra charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the stay even more fun for the kids. He also took the time to explain where everything was in the hotel and was incredibly helpful.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and they have DIRECTV, which was nice for relaxing after traveling. The hotel also has an outdoor pool.
Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. They had eggs and biscuits with gravy, along with the typical cold breakfast items.
This hotel is a great option for a short stay, especially if you’re traveling for a cruise. There’s a McDonald’s within walking distance and another sit-down restaurant nearby, which makes it convenient for meals.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and easy place to stay when traveling through Orlando.
