Did not enjoy my stay at this hotel at all. Cold showers due to not having consistent hot water. Parking is a nightmare in the evenings. Virtually no parking spots available due to tour busses taking up a large portion of the parking lot. When you do find a spot, don’t worry, it will be the most inconvenient spot with the longest walk possible. And if you’re going to charge for parking, I sure hope those tour busses paid their share for taking up about 30 spots. Hotel was at least clean, but wouldn’t stay here again. No rest or relaxation happening at this place.

The stay was amazing. Mohamed was very nice at the front desk all staff was very friendly. The rooms were super clean and location is great everything is close by. Jennifer helped us out after a long night Definitely recommend staying here.

We thought the hotel was nice, rooms were very clean. There was hardly any hallway noise except the room doors slam very hard. The breakfast could be improved upon. It overall had some enforcement of policy issues. The paid parking is an issue. Many guests double park, there isn’t any security, or enough parking for the hotel to be at half capacity. Their “overflow lot” is the Panera bread and Buffalo Wild wings across the street but you have to move your car before the establishments open for business. So, paying close to $30 a day to park your car illegally was ridiculous.

This is an amazing hotel! From when you check-in to check-out the service is impeccable :) the rooms are so nice and very spacious, and the bathroom is big and comfortable. The beds, omg, they are extremely comfortable! Highly recommended I give this Holiday Inn a big 10

The room was clean and had no funky smells. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Gym was nice. It was very convenient location for our stay. We were able to walk to restaurants and to the parks nearby. I would stay here again.
