- DSDeepen Sinai5 days ago3.0Its a nice location close to a lake with a nice walking area. Breakfast was standard eggs, waffle and cereal. The room AC was too noisy. I mentioned it at the reception during checkout however I did not get any response. Not sure why.

THEN everytime I called for the shuttle to help, the lady had an attitude and told me it wasn’t possible and that he only took people to the airport. She also didn’t get t any towels or send anyone to my room when I needed it. I had to remind her that the shuttle driver told me to call him and I was there for a week so I deserved new clothes. The refrigerator made loud noises all day and half the night if I didn’t call someone or go giggle it around. One time when I came home my tv was turned to whole different channel. They also told me that they only clean the rooms every 6 days🫨

We liked the breakfast options here and special thanks to the lady in breakfast area which was making sure everyone gets what they need. This hotel feels safe and vibe is great.
- ARAundrea RDec 27, 20254.0Great location, within minutes of MCO. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays there is an evening social with free snacks, beer, wine, coffee, and soda. The hot breakfast in the morning is good but not as much variety as other IHG locations. This hotel is perfect friendly, which usually doesn't affect me. But there was a dog barking for hours, the owners must have left the poor thing alone 😔 I stayed in a king suite.

However, I read lot of comments about breakfast being very good here but it is definitely not better than the ones served for free at Holiday Inn or any other hotel with free breakfast. Good if staying with kids since it has kitchen in rooms and if thats what you are really looking for.
