  🇺🇾 Muy buen hotel. Si bien el ascensor funciona bastante mal, las habitaciones son muy buenas: cómodas, amplias y a un precio justo por lo que ofrecen. La lavandería es muy práctica y sencilla de usar, lo cual resulta especialmente útil en estadías largas. El desayuno es bastante escueto y poco variado. Solo desayuné un día; sinceramente, no está pensado para un público internacional. El personal es muy amable y atento. Volvería la próxima vez que viaje a Orlando, sin dudas. Como único inconveniente: había dos habitaciones reservadas (una para dos personas y otra para tres), pero nos las asignaron al revés. Me tocó dormir en una cama más pequeña durante ocho noches porque cuando advertimos el error ya había transcurrido la mitad de la estadía. Lo planteé en recepción, pero no me ofrecieron ninguna solución. 🇺🇸 Very good hotel overall. Although the elevator works poorly, the rooms are very good: spacious, comfortable, and fairly priced for what they offer. The laundry facilities are very convenient and easy to use, which is especially helpful for longer stays. Breakfast is quite limited and lacks variety. I only had it once; honestly, it does not seem designed for an international audience. The staff is friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Orlando. The only issue we experienced was with our room assignments. We had two rooms reserved (one for two people and one for three), but they were given to us the other way around. I ended up sleeping in a smaller bed for eight nights because by the time we noticed the mistake, half of our stay had already passed. I brought it up at the front desk, but no solution was offered. 🇮🇹 Ottimo hotel nel complesso. Anche se l’ascensore funziona male, le camere sono molto buone: ampie, comode e con un prezzo adeguato rispetto a ciò che offrono. La lavanderia è pratica e facile da usare, particolarmente utile per soggiorni lunghi. La colazione è piuttosto limitata e poco varia. Ho fatto colazione solo una volta; onestamente non è pensata per un pubblico internazionale. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Tornerei sicuramente la prossima volta che andrò a Orlando. Unico problema: avevamo prenotato due camere (una per due persone e una per tre), ma ce le hanno assegnate al contrario. Ho dormito in un letto più piccolo per otto notti perché quando abbiamo notato l’errore era già passata metà del soggiorno. A lavanderia é prática e fácil de usar, especialmente útil em estadias mais longas. O café da manhã é bastante simples e pouco variado. Tomei café apenas um dia; sinceramente, não parece pensado para um público internacional. A equipe é muito atenciosa e educada. Voltaria na próxima vez que for a Orlando, sem dúvidas. O único problema foi na distribuição dos quartos. Havia duas reservas (uma para duas pessoas e outra para três), mas nos entregaram invertidas. Acabei dormindo em uma cama menor por oito noites, pois quando percebemos o erro já havia passado metade da estadia. Comuniquei na recepção, mas não ofereceram solução. 🇫🇷 Tres bon hôtel dans l’ensemble. Même si l’ascenseur fonctionne mal, les chambres sont très bonnes : spacieuses, confortables et à un prix correct pour ce qu’elles offrent. La laverie est pratique et facile à utiliser, ce qui est particulièrement utile pour les séjours prolongés. Le petit-déjeuner est assez limité et peu varié. Je n’y ai pris le petit-déjeuner qu’une seule fois ; honnêtement, il ne semble pas adapté à une clientèle internationale. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Je reviendrais sans hésiter lors de mon prochain voyage à Orlando.

  I've done a couple long stays for work. Suites are decent and service is fantastic but any room where the window can't open has to lose a star. The air is then so dry and over air-conditioned which is bad for lungs and for the environment compared to opening a window for fresh air. But my biggest concern was that one day the Elklay water filter was spent (blinking red). The next morning rather than fixing it they covered it with a sticker... I went to the front desk and they said they replaced the filter just not the indicator which I'm not sure I believe. Currently it doesn't light up at all which is concerning.

  La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones y el departamento están impecables.El desayuno, súper cumplidor, (café, té y agua caliente disponibles las 24 horas) estacionamiento sin cargo y buses a los parques de Universal sin cargo, con horarios determinados, que funcionan súper puntales. Tiene piscina con agua templada. El Depto cuenta con cocina, microondas, lavavajillas y heladera con freezer. Las camas y las almohadas muy cómodas. Cuenta con baño con bañera y un ante baño, amplios, cómodos. El personal muy amable! Además cta con dos lavaderos con lavarropas y secadora: USD 3 cada lavado y USD 3 cada secado, el jabón lo podés comprar aquí mismo por USD 2 en su tienda que está disponible las 24 hrs.

  I only stayed one night, but it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel may not look very impressive from the outside, but the room was amazing. The photos are of a third-floor room with a king-size bed. It’s perfect for a short family stay or a trip to the parks, since it’s very close to everything. As you can see in the photos, the room has everything you need, just bring your own food. Everything was very clean, and I loved the herbal scent of the toiletries. The lotion, in particular, was wonderful. One thing to note: the showerhead is magnetic and detaches easily when adjusting it, so be careful. On the plus side, the hot water comes on instantly, which I really appreciated. The sofa also converts into a bed, making it great for families. Breakfast is included, and the chicken was delicious. Although I didn’t get a chance to explore everything, I did see the gym and the pool, and both looked very nice. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable place that’s close to the parks.

  This was a phenomenal hotel. We were greeted very warmly even arriving later in the evening. The room was clean and tidy. The location was wonderful and they offer a shuttle for epic universe. We didn’t use it, but it was a great option. Large open space for continental breakfast, and kitchen in your room for any cooking needs. I called the front desk and asked for more pots and pans and they accommodated easily.
