  L’hotel est tres bien place pour les parcs Universal, il est en face de l’Icon park pour se promener ou manger le soir, il y a un grand parkin gratuit donc pas negigeable, Notre chambre etait spacieuse avec 2 lits double, une grande salle de bains avec les produits d’hygiène à disposition, beaucoup de serviettes, une grande penderie et pas mal de rangement, Le petit dejeuner est très copieux et delicieux, le personnel tres sympa aussi bien à l’accueil que la restauration et le monsieur qui parle Francais de la superette aussi, L’hotel est un peu ancien mais tres bien placé pour les parcs.

  This hotel fit the needs for my son and I perfectly. We were able to get to every Universal Park flawlessly and under 10 minutes. We loved the breakfast and were able to eat just before leaving for the parks. We truly enjoyed our stay here. We also want to thank the staff, specifically Anaya, Avi, and Bravlio for their help and support as we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency. They showed true compassion for our situation and made an early checkout quick and easy.

  Looks like a nice place but I’ll never know. I’ll never stay here due to the lack of consideration they showed. I booked my room on 1/2 at 12:55pm. I suddenly became ill shortly afterwards so I sent a message to the hotel at 2:36pm explaining the situation and requested a refund. They denied my request knowing my situation and that I had booked less than 2 hours prior. I sent a 2nd request asking if they would at least let me change the date due to the circumstances. I didn’t want to be in a hotel room sick and I assumed they wouldn’t want me there sick either. But once again, they denied my request - even as an IHG member. This isn’t a company I care to support moving forward so I’ll never know if it’s a good property or not. There are plenty of hotels in the area so I’d recommend finding one that cares about their customers. Response to hotel reply: If you “sincerely apologize” then prove it by granting my refund. Keeping a full night stay is robbery when I cancelled it so quickly after booking for a reason outside of my control. Where is the customer service IHG??!! Awful. Booking.com was willing to grant the refund and they were certain you guys would authorize it so booking.com isn’t the issue - you guys are.

  Extremely disappointing experience. Due to a medical condition, I was unable to travel, but the hotel refused to provide any assistance or flexibility. They also refused to allow my wife to use the room, even though she was present at the property and clearly in need of rest. My family was left waiting for over an hour with no support from the staff. Eventually, I had no choice but to pay for another room so they could sleep. No refund, no compassion, and very poor customer service overall. Situations involving health should be handled with much more care and professionalism. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.

  Very disappointing experience at Holiday Inn Orlando International Dr – ICON by IHG. When I checked in, I asked for a baby bassinet/crib for my child. One front desk employee told me they do have one and said it would be sent to my room within one hour. After waiting and receiving nothing, I called the front desk again. This time I spoke with another front desk worker named Meshell, who told me that they do not have any baby bassinet or baby bed at all in the entire hotel. I asked if it had been given to another guest, and she said no, that they simply don’t have one. So which is it? Either the staff is poorly trained, misinformed, or not honest. Giving conflicting information about something as important as a baby’s sleeping arrangement is unacceptable. Traveling with a baby is already stressful, and this situation made it worse. I expected better communication and professionalism from an IHG property. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to families with infants.
