  The staff were exceptionally hospitable - Well done. The hotel is nice but a little dated - could use updating especially considering the location. I had a nice room and experience. There was a roach in my shower - I was surprised.

  De los mejores hoteles que me quede en Orlando, frente al Icon Park un lugar ideal para ir en la noche con actividades y restaurantes, súper cerca de los outlet y los parques de universal. También es una zona donde hay varios servicios como supermercados y farmacias. Las habitaciones son súper amplias, limpias y la cama muy cómoda. Si bien no limpiaban la habitación todos los días pasaban a cambiar las toallas y tirar la basura. El desayuno muy rico, solo le agregaría algo de quesos y fiambres para quienes no acostumbramos a desayunar bacon y salchichas.

Örneğin bir değerlendirmede “room was very clean and comfortable… Staff all in high spirits and professional.” şeklinde belirtilmiş.  Büyük havuz ve ücretsiz otopark gibi ek hizmetler tatil planı yapanlar için değer katıyor.   Check in was a mess. “Upgraded to a worse room”. Parking lot is as sketchy as it can be. No security or cameras visible. Hotel seems new on the online pictures but is an old hotel refurbished. Also the only hotel I stayed up to date that limits 5 people per room elevator only. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and they offer two options of pillows (soft and firm).

  Came here for a holiday inn club timeshare presentation so my 4 night stay was supposed to be "free". The room had a disgusting stain on the sheets the day we arrived so we asked to have to room serviced thinking the sheets would be changed....not. came back and the bed was made..with the same nasty stained sheet. It was too late to have it cleaned again so we switched to the other bed but clearly they dont really clean the rooms. We mentioned this when doing our time share presentation. When arriving we were offered breakfast cards that would be $12.50 per person per day and only put on account for a "hold"- if not used the momey would be put back. We did not use any coupons and returned these at the end. I received a hotel bill upon departure and seen a $0 bill. A couple weeks pass and im going over my credit card bill and see a $377 charge from this hotel that was dont at 4 a.m the morning after I departed? Had to call 4 different numbers and go through automation to actually speak to someone who at forst tried to tell me I was responsible for taxes and fees (that total would have been the total for 4 nights not just taxes) and I had to insist that couldnt be the case. Turns out they never returned money for breakfast & they charged for the nights.....SCAMY SYSTEM $377 is not the amenity fee. That would be more than the room cost per night.
