The concierge was helpful and accommodating. The lobby is spacious and offers a convenience shop and a sports bar. The reason for the 1-star is for the mould in the room. I kid you not if I tell you that the rooms smell TERRIBLE. I felt like I was choking from the mouldy stench. I had to bury my face in the pillow to fall asleep, that's how bad the smell was! When I checked with my 2 friends that stayed in separate rooms, they complained about the same issue. I'm seeing now that many have voiced this complaint but ownership doesn't seem to care much.
Another issue is that all floors are open to the lobby, so if they're doing maintenance in the lobby at 3am, you're gonna hear it. Happened to me when I was woken up by drilling at 3am!

Great shuttle service to MCO. Yasmine at the front desk is an asset to the company! She was so kind and understanding when my flight was cancelled last minute and made sure I had a room until I could fly out. She is an exceptional example of customer service. She is the reason I would come back. Amy is the exact opposite I avoid the desk any time I see her. Thanks Yasmine for being awesome!!!

This hotel made you pay for everything unlike other hotels. You pay for your room, (obviously), you have to pay for your parking which is $13 per hour, and then you don’t even get a complimentary breakfast, you have to pay $20 PER PERSON!!! That is just ridiculous and you don’t even have free drinks or food in the lobby! Everything was priced and if you were willing to pay like $500 bucks on this hotel then don’t go here. This hotel sucks and all the pictures on Airbnb were AI and didn’t look like anything else in reality. So yea… not coming back..

Pros: Great location near the airport and restaurants; very friendly front desk staff who allowed an early check-in.
Cons: Avoid this place! The hotel is incredibly dated and smells musty, but the dealbreaker was the bed bugs. Our entire group left with bites—a major health hazard. Paid breakfast was also mediocre and overpriced. Service can’t make up for an infestation. #TravelWarning #HotelReview #HealthHazard

Do not eat in the restaurant located inside the hotel called Drift. I got the sirloin salad. The sirloin was all grizzle. I actually took the so called "meat" put one side in hand and one side the other and pulled with all of my strength couldn't tear it apart. I bowl weekly with 14 lb bowling balls so I'm not a weakling. They refused to do anything about it. I ate just the salad portion. Paid the entire bill and tipped my waiter well he was great! BUYER BEWARE! I don't know what that grizzle was but that's not sirloin! The brownie sundae was good. Rooms were great. Sheets are soft. Beds are great! Clean! Front desk staff very attentive and fast at getting you to your room! I had a great experience with the hotel just not the restaurant!
