My husband & I stayed at this hotel for 2 days after returning from our cruise & before we flew our of Orlando (2/28 - 3/1). We have stayed in many hotels over the years, & this staff at the registration desk were the friendliest & most helpful we have ever encountered. Nino was so wonderful at getting us just the right room (view of airport/planes, location) when he didn't really need to do that. Yasmine was also helpful in this endeavor. And as we encountered them throughout the weekend, they were still so friendly and inviting. We loved enjoying the bar area, and especially their Happy Hour & appetizers. Both Ricardo & Jerry (? Looks like Stanley Tucci), the bartenders were efficient & friendly. It made our time relaxing in the lounge chairs much more enjoyable. We just thought you should know these people were outstanding and deserve recognition.

We were able to secure a room quickly upon arriving at the airport, and the representative who assisted us was very pleasant and professional from the initial phone call through our arrival at the hotel. Unfortunately, the condition of the first room was unacceptable. The room was visibly dirty and had roaches, so we immediately notified the front desk. We were moved to another room upstairs, but the overall property is extremely outdated—the oldest Holiday Inn I’ve ever seen.
The second room was slightly better, and we did not see any roaches there. However, we were told the infestation in the first room was due to it being a pet‑friendly room, which I did not request. This explanation was concerning and did not justify the condition of the room. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
The only positive aspect is that the hotel is conveniently located about five minutes from the airport, and the Go Port shuttle provides transportation to the cruise port from the property.

I'm not one to write reviews typicaly but I think I need to for others. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The room was okay, the bed looked like it was made by a blind person. The shower had a gross film on it that you could feel on your feet, the toilet wouldnt flush properly and you had to take the lid off to keep it from running the water all night. The parking is costly at 20 dollars a night. Didn't find out until we had a ticket on the windshield. No included breakfast. Our cards didnt work for the second night we stayed and had to go back down stairs to get it to work. Overall pretty bad experience. I would recommend the Marriot over this. Hope this helps.

The room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean. The bathroom was in excellent condition, and the beds were very comfortable, which allowed us to rest well. Despite the hotel being close to the airport, I did not experience any issues with airplane noise.
The lobby offers a breakfast buffet for $17.99 per person. The price is very reasonable, and the food is just as good. They offer scrambled eggs, breakfast burritos, waffles or French toast, bread, bacon, sausage, potatoes, a variety of cereals, oatmeal, muffins, croissants, fresh fruit, and many other options. There was something for everyone.
We also used the shuttle service to and from the hotel and had no issues at all. Everything went smoothly. The entire staff was very kind and courteous throughout our stay.
The only issue we had was a silly one. There were four adults in our room, and we all love coffee. When we went to make coffee, we noticed that the water filter compartment in the coffee maker was very dirty. Unfortunately, we couldn’t properly clean it because that part is built into the machine. I would recommend that the cleaning staff find a way to ensure the coffee makers are always thoroughly cleaned, or consider replacing them with models that are easier for guests to clean. That would allow guests to prepare coffee without any concerns.
Other than that small inconvenience, we had no problems at all. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The entry is nice and remodeled, that look and feel changes once you navigate toward the hallways. The room had been updated but it was very poor quality. The bed was cratered and yet stiff as a board. The wall heating and air unit was very loud and unhealthy sounding making it hard to sleep. The water pressure was very low and one of our grab bars was hanging on by the wallpaper. Restaurant food was mid. When we leaving we had been waiting outside for about 10 minutes when the shuttle arrived. The sign stated first come first serve as to be expected however a staff member came out with a large party in two forcing us to stand aside while they filled the entire shuttle. We inquired inside if we needed to order our own shuttle or just wait as the sign indicated and they said again it was first come first serve. We no longer had time to wait as they only had one of their shuttles running which would have been 20-25 minute wait. We had to order and pay for an Uber. Would not recommend nor come back.
