The staff is always pleasant with a smile. I want to truly send a great Thank you to Ariana P., Front Desk Clerk. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered all of our questions. Great Staff all around.

Breakfast after 8.30 is manic and dependingon your needs they have something for most, replenishment takes some time. However all day tea and coffee is good. Computer service is excellent and free print out if needed. Changing rooms was made easy but it was more the person i got at the desk that was more helpful. Not all staff could solve issuse with rooms. There is a good depost €300 + for each room . Gym has all you need but is small , but then not everyone uses the gym . Laundry service is very good and the rooms are cleaned everyday. Super walmart is close $7 in uber which is handy for pharmacy, groceries and clothing. Electronic section is very helpful.

Stay away and find another place where you don't have to worry about someone to come in and clean your room after a clogged toilet messed up all the floor. They said they didn't have any room available to switch rooms and we could wait until the next day for someone to clean the bathroom for us which I refused. At the end they sent a cleaning lady which they didn't have before and magically they found after our complaint. Cleaning issues in the room where you can find hairs everywhere and horrible customer service. This is a 3rd world hotel where customers satisfaction is not for sure the priority. After my review a nice replay telling lies. I booked through their website and the they were saying I booked through another platform so they couldn't reimburse us to look for another place to stay.
