As we walked in, Daniel took one look at us and said something supportive and reassuring while efficiently checking us in. Never felt more appreciative of hospitality. Also, situation aside. Room was clean, large and comfortable. Air kicked on right away and the pillows were perfect. Easy 5/5 on a good day, 10/5 this morning. Thank you Daniel.

The room was clean and comfortable for our one night stay. There were two inconveniences which we were compensated for by IHG. Upon arrival we were assigned a room still occupied and the shuttle bus service was not operating when we returned back to Florida. I still recommend this place for a quick stay.
