- VPVinita PermenterNov 16, 20251.0I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express near UCF from November 12–16, 2025, and this was one of the most unacceptable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Despite several requests at the front desk, my room never received maid service during my entire stay. I had to keep asking for clean towels and trash removal every single day because the room was never cleaned—not even once. To make matters worse, I found a roach in the bed, which is completely unsanitary and shocking for a hotel at this price point and under this brand. Sleeping in a room that was never cleaned, along with dealing with pests, created an uncomfortable and unhealthy environment. When I spoke to management, I was told they couldn’t help me because I booked through a third party. That response is unacceptable. Regardless of how the reservation was made, the conditions inside the room and the cleanliness of the establishment are still their responsibility. It is your hotel, your housekeeping staff, and your standards—not the third party’s. Given the lack of service, the unsanitary conditions, and the inadequate response from management, I am requesting a full refund and hope these issues are corrected for future guests. Very disappointed Holiday Inn!

They have a new GM and he was great! I had to leave at 6:30 and he offered me fresh coffee and a bagel when breakfast wasn’t open yet.
