- CUCatalina u6 days ago2.0experience was fine , if you are staying here keep in mind that there is a hidden $20 parking fee that you have to pay PER NIGHT…it was $63 total parking for 3 nights and it’s regular outside parking; no security

The water stinks like rotten eggs due to a chemical imbalance, extremely poor water pressure in the toilets causing clogs and lukewarm/cold showers in the mornings. We stayed for 3 nights so we got a pretty good idea of the conditions. Also, our children slept in a room with a bunk bed, and developed some serious itching and bites on legs and backs. BEDBUGS. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Friendly staff, good rate, clean and comfy beds, updated rooms, located directly across from sea world. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a while. Will come back for sure. $20 to park but whatever.
- MKMichael KunzeFeb 27, 20264.0Hotel in general was very nice. Our bathroom was in need of some maintenance. Broken tub drain, cracked and loose floor tiles. Bathroom door had some water damage. The shower curtain was mounted so high it barely reached the tub. However the place was spotless. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom needing maintenance was a minor thing. Free breakfast was good with lots of options. All in all it was a very nice stay and the location was convenient.
- TMThomas McquireFeb 24, 20265.0My family and I visit SeaWorld and Disney 30-40 times a year. We often stay at Hampton inn and suites or Townsend inn and suites next door. Must say this stay already is way better than our other stays. This Holiday Inn Express has NICE AC, spacious rooms and the room as a whole was super clean! We will no longer be staying at the other two hotels mentioned above moving forward. We haven't even had their breakfast yet, but even if it was horrible I'd still stay here over the other two!
