The only reason I gave a 4 on service was because the employees at front desk could have been much nicer. Or even just a little nice would have helped

Pagar obligadamente 15 por día, me quedé una semana y eso ya suma al valor del hospedaje. Desayunos puntuales, pero todos los días lo mismo, al tercer día ya te aburres de lo mismo, no hay variedad. Piscina perfecta para los niños y la familia. Nos supieron explicar que debido a que es Express no hacen limpieza a diario :( creo que antes sí lo hacían.
- MMMotorIHeadOct 27, 20251.0The photos of a “suite” are deceptive. I rented a “king suite” and it was not a suite. It was a larger than standard room with a king bed. No separate bedroom/living room. When I called down to the front desk, I received the normal “go away, you got what you paid for” answer which was “sir, I assure you that your room is what you paid for”. This hotel is deceptive on what a suite is. They consider a king bed, larger than standard room a suite. By definition, it is not. The room was clean, I can’t say anything bad about that. However, the finish work on the construction side, is terrible. See attached photos of the deception from their web site compared to my photos. You’ll notice my photos are alike to a king standard on their website, not a suite. Room #613 for reference. Toilet crooked Toilet paper holder crooked Rust on sink drain Toilet valve crooked coming out of the wall Finish work caulk to fill gaps everywhere Mildew outside of shower Shower door drug at one point, damaging the frame. Didn’t replace, looks terrible. Ceiling spackle not finished right The list goes on……..
