Excellent hotel great location with a Wendy’s right next to it that’s open late it’s 20 min to Disney 20 min for the airport 8 min to the outlets 10 min from Walmart and so much more . They offer free parking free breakfast with amazing food tons of variety cheese omelet, scrambled eggs sausage cereal hot oatmeal muffins pastry’s pancakes apples bananas the coffee was amazing
The rooms are very clean with a mini refrigerator coffee maker microwave hairdryer I would definitely come back

Dog friendly. Service was fantastic. Walls are a little thin if you’re a lite sleeper. Started breakdancing in the shower as soon as it got wet and my life flashed before my eyes. Maybe consider putting grippy things in the shower for old guys like me 👴🏻 Plenty of places nearby to eat and easy roads leading out. I would definitely recommend to weary travelers looking for a comfy place to lay your head.
We chose this hotel because we’ve stayed at Holiday Inn Express locations worldwide and usually trust their standards. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations.
Our first room felt humid, and after the first night we woke up covered in bed bug bites! This is a serious hygiene concern. The staff was kind and responsive and moved us to a suite right away, and the bites stopped after the room change.
The suite, however, still had cleanliness and maintenance issues. The toilet was dripping water, and we found chewed gum stuck on the wall. In addition, after the first day of housekeeping, my hairbrush went missing. I mentioned it politely to the front desk, suggesting it may have been misplaced during cleaning, but it never reappeared. After that, I felt uncomfortable leaving personal belongings out and kept everything locked in my luggage or in the safe.
In the original room, the beds were also not made for the first couple of days, and housekeeping only began servicing the room daily after we raised the issue.
On a positive note, the staff was consistently friendly, and the breakfast was good and convenient for early theme park visits.
Due to the bed bug incident, cleanliness problems, and missing personal item, we would not stay at this location again.

Unfortunately I broke my lower leg before travelling. Upon checking in the reception staff did everything they could to find me an accessible room, much appreciated. The room was comfortable, very clean and well equipped. All of the staff in the hotel were constantly offering to help and assist me in any way possible, especially the restaurant staff. The breakfast was delicious with a good range of breakfast choices. The hotel is right on the green line iride for those non drivers. I would definitely stay here again
We booked the hotel through a third-party provider and ended up leaving several days earlier than planned.
Positive aspects:
The staff was friendly and the location is very central, which we appreciated.
Negative aspects:
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the room. The room was extremely(!!!) small, and the two beds were both way too small. Since neither was wide enough for two people, we had to sleep in separate beds. Parts of the bathroom, such as the sink, were located directly in the room next to the bed. There was almost no storage space and with our suitcases we could hardly move around.
There was also a connecting door to the next room, which made it very noisy. We were regularly woken up early by loud playing, yelling from children, and other noises coming from the neighboring room. We requested a different room, but this was not possible.
The cleanliness was also far below expectations, even though we left a good tip. Surfaces such as the sink and desk were not wiped down (crumbs and hairs remained exactly where they were), and the carpet was not vacuumed. Only the trash bin was emptied, the beds were neatly made, and the towels were replaced. The hallway carpet was very dirty as well, with many dogs in the hotel, meaning the dirt was easily carried into our room.
We were also disappointed by the pool area. It didn’t feel inviting, the décor was unappealing, and the loungers were old and not adjustable — making it impossible to lie on your stomach to sunbathe.
After a few days, we also stopped going to breakfast. Even before 8 AM, it was nearly impossible to find a place to sit, and we often had to stand and wait for a long time. We didn’t want to set an alarm for 6 AM every day during our vacation just to get a seat for breakfast.
When we asked whether we could check out earlier and receive a partial refund, we were told to contact the third-party provider. We did so. The hotel responded, but refused to issue any refund. So we are left to cover the full cost ourselves, even though we decided to leave.
We travel to Florida every year and have often stayed at Holiday Inn Express, but after this experience we will avoid this hotel chain in the future.
