A great representative of not Holiday Inn Express but also what the hospitality industry is all about! The Holiday Inn Express on Destination Parkway is our favorite, the staff overall is friendly but Farah has set a high bar for others to try to attain! Thank you Farah!

I’m so glad she’s back. My room and keys are always ready when I arrive after a long work day. She’s accommodating and always goes out of her way to help if she can. The gentleman and woman who work the breakfast are a joy as well. It makes being out of town easier!

Epic Universe is a 30 minutes walk(10 minutes drive) from here. The room is a bit older, but relatively clean. The breakfast has eggs, bacon, yogurt, bananas, oranges, muffin cakes, waffles and bread. There are filtered water machines and ice dispensers. The soap and shampoo are a bit harsh, so bring your own.

They provided me a Nice view room. The Front desk Fatima was very courteous and always helpful. Manager Danny was very helpful and always eager to support to his best. Laundry and other facilities are good. We love staying there and want to visit again next time. Thank you for your hospitality 10/10.
