- ASAmanda Simon1 day ago1.0I checked in on the app to get my key but the key wasn't being sent to the app and I had to go in to the front desk to get it. No one was at the front desk for 15+ min. I requested extra blankets on my reservation and was questioned by what I meant and if I really needed that and was then handed a bag from the laundry to take up myself. The room smelled and felt like someone had just showered. The shower was wet and the toilet didn't flush. Had to repack and move to a new room. New room smelled like a toilet and was very hot and humid. The thermostat was broken and off. Front desk insisted a change to fan speed would help but we were sweating in our room. This whole process from arrival took 1.5+ hours and my kids were very tired so we didn't want to go to a third room. But it was very uncomfortable - so hot and smelly. We were told if we had more problems to contact the front desk because someone will always be there - even though no one was there when we arrived. They do get a point for clean rooms and quiet. Would not recommend.

I dont wear lashes so it most definitely was left prior. The staff was no where to be found when we arrived. A family before was trying to check out and they went looking for him, but it took a minute to find him. There was a complimentary breakfast, it was ok. The dining area was nice though. The location was located near a hospital and close to everything that we needed.

The receptionist Geraldine was rude and did not pay attention to my Booking.com reservation, even though I showed her the receipt several times. Additionally, I was charged again for the room that I had already paid. This ruined my weekend plans, as I missed my reservation for Horror Night at SeaWorld. I contacted Booking.com and they resolved the issue quickly, but the experience with the hotel was terrible. I hope they improve their customer service to prevent other guests from going through the same situation.
