  Highly recommend! Place was clean, front desk agent Anthony was great. Room was clean lobby was clean. They do not have free breakfast you have get the rate that includes breakfast or pay. They do have a bar with drinks food etc. The location is not to far from airport. It is also near a main road but it was still pretty quiet. Think there is a gas station walking distance as well. Oh and the room had a workout bike and small workout area.

  0 stars. This is the only and worst service I have gotten from an hotel. Terrible service! We had a lot of issues since we first tried to check in. They overbooked and didn’t have our rooms available for when we got there, made us stay in a different hotel. First told us the rooms weren’t ready because housekeepers were still cleaning then told us the actual reason was that the AC weren’t working then the next day when we came to check in again they said that the people stayed in our rooms that night haven’t checked out yet of course at that point we were so frustrated and tried to talk to a manager and what they said is that the manager was sleeping! They couldn’t even keep up with a lie!! not recommended at all. Made us lose so much time waiting for our rooms and to be told any lie. Also days after our stay they charged us $57 for no reason.

  We stayed here as a team for a volleyball tournament. The rooms were super clean. The best part of our stay was the bartender Sam. He was quick and efficient and made sure everyone was taken care of. The front desk staff was amazing as well with helping us set up the conference room for our team dinner.

  Update: Whoever is working the front desk today, 2/27/26 should be fired immediately. I have called 48 times now to get a copy of my receipt, and someone picks up the phone, says NOTHING, and hangs up. The phone number listed on the IHG website for the manager AND the IHG itself are both disconnected. HORRIBLE customer service. Beautiful new hotel! Clean, quiet, great staff! I enjoyed having a room that looked out over a wooded area, even though planes were coming in for landing, it was not as noticeable when you have a little nature surrounding you.

  Kathy helped us at breakfast and honestly, she made it better than expected. Even Hotel should get more staff as she was completely alone , even of this she just had good energy, friendly, and on point with everything. She was attentive without being too much, always smiling, and making sure we had what we needed. It’s the small things that make a difference, and she understands that. You can tell she cares about what she does. Thank you, Kathy. We appreciated you. 👌
