    The room is ok except the HDMI port is not the format I could use and you can’t access the port. Otherwise, the only issues I have are the following: no water provided in room (coffee is available in lobby for $3 per cup). lThe bath towels are hard. Bed linens were not that comfortable and the pillows too firm. Also, the water pressure is poor in the shower with handle to shower on wrong side of shower stall (poor design element). Pros: they used plant-based bath products and the property was clean, including my room. Lastly, although the hotel is not advertised as a smoke-free property, to the best of my knowledge, there is no designated smoking area on property.

    Excellent stay - new, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Close to MCO. Wasn't sure what to expect, but took a chance on a brand we had never heard of and it worked out great. Very comfy bed, bright and functional room, even had a yoga mat and foam roller. Nice tv with HDMI which was ready to access for watching your own stuff. Fitness center was one of the best I've ever seen at a hotel of this class. Would definitely stay here again.

    This place is very cute. Clean. Friendly staff. The beds sucked! I was so sad. Everything else was fine. Beds are hard as rocks and the pillows were like hay bales. Also. The bathroom light is either nuclear blast bright or nothing. Pack a night light if you don't want to scortch your eyeballs in the middle of the night. Its a perfect place if you don't mind sleeping on card board and brick pillow.

    Was super insane busy because of the delays from Venezuela airspace shut down. Sochi was so nice and on it despite the MANY people ordering and flowing into the lobby restaurant NON STOP. Food was great! One cook and one server for this many people and still stay centered and handle business! Great job 👏

    As a traveling professional, I've come to not expect too much from hotels or hotel staff. But Even has disappointed over and over. Do not stay here if you want to plan on a hotel shuttle for the airport on time. Both times I've stayed here the morning shuttle has been an unmitigated disaster. From over booking with not enough seats because check in staff never bothered to write down the requested shuttle time at check in to drivers not showing up, the morning shuttle has forced people to be late and pay for Ubers. And the response from the staff is nothing more than a shoulder shrug and "not my problem". I dont leave reviews, thats how frustrated I am with this hotel.
